| Our family highly recommends Unit 8C in Beachwood Villas - for us it felt like a home away from home! Spring Break in Seagrove Beach is becoming a tradition with our family. This year, we were happy to discover the owner-rented units and stayed in Unit 8C from March 28 to April 4, 2009. Unit 8C is very nicely decorated, bright, clean, quiet, and comfortable. We loved the furniture and all the beach-home and personal decorations - books, videos and magazines. This was our 3rd year to visit Seagrove Beach and to stay in Beachwood Villas. In 2007 and 2008, we rented a 2nd floor/3-bedroom/2-bath unit through the rental company. From Beachwood Villas, the beach is a short walk across the street and the beach is very clean and never has been crowded. This year, we saw two weddings on the beach! Unit 8C has a beautiful view of the landscaped common areas and we love using the tennis courts and the pools in the complex. Unit 8C is in walking and biking distance to Seaside, Watercolor, and the local shops and restaurants (Tom Thumb, bike and beach rentals, clothing stores, pizza buffet). We especially enjoyed talking personally with the unit owner - checking-in to let her know we arrived and how welcoming their unit is - and - then receiving a call from the owner with unit check-out updates. We hope to be able to return to Seagrove Beach and that Unit 8C will be available. Next time, we will make reservations in advance - this year we waited until a late date to confirm our plans and we were lucky to discover Unit 8C!
