We stayed in this house 2 summers ago. It is a big beautiful house. Lots and lots of room with everything you need. Just a couple of blocks from downtown Durango. So fun to walk downtown for lunch or dinner if you don't want to cook. But, if you do want to cook, there is a great kitchen!A beautiful deck and backyard with patio furniture so you can eat outside and enjoy the perfect weather. This house is perfect for large groups of people or a family wanting a great getaway! So much better than a hotel!

| Our visit to Durango, staying in this wonderful bungalow was a highlight of our summer "Out West". The location is perfect - near mountains, rivers, restaurants, hiking trails, biking routes and the "western"town. The bungalow is beautifully appointed and the owners very attentive. We recommend this location to anyone looking for a restful, stress-free time. There is so much to do in Durango from riding the narrow-gauge railroad to river rafting to visiting historic hotels and museums. This is a fabulous home-away-from-home. Extremely highly recommended. :-) |

If you're looking to get in touch with Durango and the surrounding area, we highly recommend this as the place to stay. It's a pleasant short walk to downtown and all it has to offer. And easy to get on roads that'll take you off to explore nearby stunningly beautiful, ancient and historic places. You come back to relax in a homey, warm atmosphere. And plan the next day. On a scale of 1 to 10, it's an 11. Tony Benjamin |
