| Park your car, relax and enjoy this charming house on the water. Everything you need is only a few minutes away. If you don't feel like walking, take the canoe and explore the lagoon. There's plenty of Bat Rays, seals and countless wildlife to keep you company. Lived in the Bay Area my entire life, but still shocked that "secret" places like this exist less than an hour from SF. Owners are very nice an couldn't have been more helpful. Will definitely be returning for another mini-vacation soon. |

Friendly owners and a friendly house: We had a group of 15+ on the deck for July 4th festivities and ten at the dinner table one night (plenty of dishes and plenty of room) but it was cosy for the rest of the week for just a grandmother and granddaughter. Nice amenities: canoe, elegant bedding, books for local history and sites. Splendid view: seals, nesting herons, shifting light and tides. We hope to return next year! |

Steps from the beach, steps from town, right on the lagoon, this cottage is a great place to enjoy the north coast. Plenty of space, nice amenities, responsive owners. It's got it all: boho town, surf, hike, canoe (comes w/the cottage), yoga on the deck or just lounge on the window seats with a cup of tea and watch the light on the water and the birds swoop by. |

| Very relaxing house right on the water - a great place to relax & read a book. House was a great break from city life. Owners are very personable. A very enjoyable trip to the west coast. |

| This is an incredibly charming cottage. It's modern enough to relax in comfort but still manages to capture the distinct feel of Bolinas. The open kitchen and large living area look out onto a lagoon and a protected reserve populated by hawks, pelicans, herons, gulls and dozens of other birds. Keep warm by the wood fire, walk to the beach, sit in the sun on the deck and watch the tide roll in. If there's a better way to experience Bolinas, I haven't found it. |
