Our family had a wonderful stay at your beach house.
It was so beautiful, comfortable and convenient. We
had so much space. The kids absolutely loved the
billiards room and the deck with hot tub. This is truly
one of the lovliest beach houses we've ever stayed in. |

| This was a great house for our vacation. The amenities are very nice, location is great, and the owner is very easy to deal with. All in all, I would highly recommend this house. There are two big driveways and you should use them because they are not afraid to hand out parking tickets at $50 a pop! We had a great time here though. |

| What a great house! We spent a week in Dewey in June, and couldn't have asked for a better spot. The house is BEAUTIFUL and close to everything. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have space to themselves. Also, it is clear the owners spared no expense with regard to appliances, decorations, even down to the smallest detail. This is not your typical Dewey beach house! We were very impressed and will be sure to rent again next year. Thanks Gary! |

We were very impressed by this house. Our extended family... eight adults and one infant fit easily into the five bedrooms with beds and space to spare. The kitchen is spectacular...well furnished for cooking and serving...lots of silverware and dishes for those who like to be "green". The set up of the downstairs allows everyone to be "together" even when in the different areas. The whole place was thoroughly clean and neat. The billiards table was a big hit. The house is a short walk from the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The house's location is a big plus - it is a short walk to the beach and several restaurants, bars and shops. Additionally, the house' layout is such that there is plenty of space, TVs, seating, etc. for everyone staying there. The owner also went out of his way to ensure that we enjoyed ourselves during our stay by providing information about Dewey Beach and the surrounding area and by being available for any questions we had about the house.

| What an amazing beach house!! Certainly a far cry from the quarters usually found at the beach. I think this house will be great for small family reunions, a sibling get away, and more! We are looking forward to being able to get away and relax, especially since the entertainment has been provided. |
