| This is a great place to stay. We were 2 couples, each with year-old babies, staying 10 nights. We loved it. The apartment is very large by Parisian standards. We have many friends living in Paris, we were able to visit their flats and we invited them all over to visit us. Not only were they impressed with the location (this part of the 18th is a very desirable address, we were told) but they were all amazed with the size and spaciousness of Rolinka and Antoine’s apartment. The babies had plenty of room to crawl and play and none of us were bumping into each other. For me, the real kicker is the wonderful full-wall windowed view of the private garden/back courtyard. This gives the flat a genuinely peaceful feeling. On warm days, you can slide the windows open and you invite the garden indoors. I enjoyed many relaxing afternoons on the comfortable sofa reading, napping and recharging – a must for any busy sightseeing itinerary. The location is fantastic; minutes from 2 very useful Metro Lines (No.4 & No.12) and the handy No. 80 bus to Eiffel Tower, a 10-minute walk to the top of Montmartre and within a 15 minute walk of dozens of cafes, restaurants, patisseries, boulangeries, charcuteries, a late night pizza joint, kebab stands, boutiques, parks, shops, markets (big & small) and a SNCF office (for train tickets). We loved the area so much, we spent more time in our neighborhood than we did sightseeing the major sights. In short (too late), we will definitely be back. |

Our family of four had a wonderful week long stay in Montmartre. We only wish we would have stayed longer. The apartment was great and had enough room for all of us. We also liked the proximity to the metro which made travel anywhere quick and easy. The apartment is in a great area with a nice "village" feel.

| Our family of five, including 2 teenagers, stayed at Rolinka's apartment for 10 nights right after Christmas 2008. Rolinka and her family were outstanding hosts. Her communication was prompt and thorough and she offered assistance to maximize our enjoyment of the apartment, the neighborhood and our time in Paris. She gave us sound advice on sights, schedules, places to eat, provisions and even a haircut. She came by with a replacement computer when the original one wouldn't work for us. The apartment is well located, with two delectable boulangeries close by, had loads of character and was well furnished and comfortable. It also has a backyard with tall trees and that must be unusual for Paris. Attentive to details, Rolinka brought flowers to welcome us. After our rental was over she followed up on a few details. It was a great trip for us, enhanced by the apartment and the kindness and professionalism of its owners. |

Thanks for the help and the warm welcome of Rolinka and Antoine in Paris! This appartment is more than a guest house, my husband and I stayed here for 1 month and we treated it like our home. Everything is at your doorstep. Lots of pictoresque corners in Montmartre not far away. Nice neighbours and friendly shops, bakery nearby. I have no doubt to recommend all of you of this cozy appt. Rolinka and Antoine are the nicest couple in the quartier
