| We rented the cabin the last week of oct.08.The stream was a wonderful place to relax and get away from the hum-drum of every day work. During the middle of the week 2inches of snow fell,and that made the trip from Florida worth while after the long drive.we are seniors and this was the best vacation in years!!!Also,the cabin was great, nice and cozy with the fireplace.Thank you for a great time!!!! |

| My wife and I stayed at one of the cabins on our honeymoon (8/13-8/16 of 06). Everything was perfect, the cabin was more then we imagined. We are planning on returning in the near future and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Burnsville. |

| What a great time we had in this cabin! From the time we got there, to the time we left, every moment in between was a pure joy. Great scenery, great amenities, great fun...all at our family's fingertips for the whole visit! We will definitely plan another visit...only the next time will be longer! :) Thanks! | Our Family stayed at the Neil Creek cabin for the Thanks Giving week 11/17 - 11/23. It was fantastic. We hiked, fished, went to GrandFather Mt., Gem Mt. (the kids loved that), Blowing rock, Asheville. It was fun. My youngest daughter didn't want to leave (neither did I). Hope to visit again. John L. |

| we spent our 32nd wedding ann. here and had a wonderful time. it was so peaceful and quiet. cabin was nice and cozy. stream was relaxing from all the humdrum of the hectic life. we will come back for another stay (maybe this fall). |

| We loved our time here! We rented both cabins for a family get together; and they both were absolutly wonderful! Plenty of room and greatly appointed... I could have stayed forever! The natural setting was perfect... and the Black Bear walking by on Tuesday AM was the icing on the cake! I think we are all coming back next year and hopefully the bear too! |

| This cabin is great!! It was very comfortable and also very clean. It is in an excellent location. We love Mount Mitchell and also loved being close to so many hiking trails. The hike to the top of Mount Mitchell was very challenging, but we all three made it up (one made it down to come back and get the rest of us). |

| The cabin was absolutely perfect for my family and I. The creek directly behind the cabin is so soothing. We hike up and down lots of trail and saw at least 5 waterfalls on the mountain plus it snowed while we were there being from fla that was an experiance all its own if i were to recommend a place for someone to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city this would be it |
