| My wife and I were the first to rent here. I was looking for a place to unwind that was within a reasonable drive of ojo caliente mineral springs resort and spa. the views out the windows were fantastic. the furnishings were very nice and general build was very pleasing. we thought the place was very cozy. should have brought our snow shoes - plenty of places to go snow shoeing around the house. i really liked the remote location, but the odd noises at night (just wind stirring up trees) had my wife waking up a few times scared. =) make sure you have AWD/4WD if you're coming out to this place in the winter though. complaints? did not have the washer/dryer installed yet, but management was willing to do a load for us if necessary. hot water heater wasn't set to go upon arrival, but after some consultations with management, we figured out that something wasn't plugged in. after that, the walk in shower and soaking tub were like a dream come true. will definitely come back again. all in all, just some minor startup issues that management solved quickly. |
