A fabulous location, walking distance to town and dock. Plenty of room for the 5 of us in a lovely, clean and well cared for home. It was "plebe" parent weekend and a short distance for our son from USNA. The owners were very accommodating with our request to leave later on Sunday. Great neighbors, they invited us over for wine, I would love to stay here again. Actually I wished I lived there. |

Thank you for letting us rent your home. We had a wonderful time in Annapolis despite the rain and were able to easily manage around town because of the proximity of the house to the center of town. The home is beautiful. I truly enjoyed the seeing the picture of Ms. Maya Angelou in my bedroom (truly inspirational). We were all comfortable and my grandmother was able to manage around the house with her walker. We would keep your house in mind if we plan another stay in Annapolis.

Barbara, Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality. Your home was the perfect place to stay while we visited Annapolis to see my son off as he was inducted into the Naval Academy. The location couldn't have been better for the walks back and forth into town and to the Academy grounds. We are looking forward to our next stay in your home, next week, as well as many more future visits over the next 4 years and beyond. Warm Regards, Kathryn Trunzo and Family |

We stayed at the beautifully decorated and incredibly conveniently located Charles Street home for Commissioning Week 2008. The home easily accommodated our family and provided a user friendly entertainment arrangement for our son's graduation party. Very little additional was needed to thoroughly celebrate and enjoy the Academy activities! Beautifully decorated and helpful rental agents/owner!

The Scotts stayed at our home over Christmas 2007 -
Just a quick note to say that we very much enjoyed our stay in your house. I'd write more, but Judy suffered a heart attack yesterday and is still in ICU, so I'm not focusing on anything beyond essentials.
I wish you a happy 2008.

| Excellent location. Easy access to colonial Annapolis (especially on foot, should bar visits be of interest). Good accommodation, clean and well stocked. Friendly neighbourhood, especially for us Brits and a helpful host. A good choice for a quiet break, or for more active pursuits. |

| My girlfriends and I stayed in this wonderful home for a girls weekend away from the husbands and children. We couldn't have asked for a better location and accomodation. The back patio was wonderful for sipping cocktails before heading out to dinner. The house was extremely clean and stocked with anything and everything we could possibly need. Thanks so much for sharing this great property with us! |

| My husband and I along with two other couples stayed at the house in mid-November for a weekend getaway. We had a blast and this great little house was a big part of it! It allowed all of us to spend time relaxing and catching up in the comfort of a home. This could not have been done if we had all stayed at a hotel. It is nicely decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed staying in the first night we were there, cooking dinner and sitting around the big dining room table laughing well into the night. We enjoyed the easy walk into town and even tried some of the bars around the neighborhood that we might not have even found if we had stayed at one of the big hotels. All in all we loved staying at Barbara's home and plan many more reunions there! |

| The house is really terrific - easy walking distance to downtown and restaurants - nicely furnished and with a new kitchen. I had some problems with Ms Mehr's email spam filter which made communication sometimes difficult - but I would happily rent again. |

The following is from a guest that stayed with us in October 2005:
Dear Barbara, Sorry this took so long. Here is a testimonial you can put on your web site. I couldn't figure out how to do that. My husband and I and two friends stayed at 113 Charles Street for a long College reunion weekend in late September. The home is very well situated to all Annapolis sites. It is furnished quite comfortably and the kitchen is complete. The garden allowed for some very pleasant outdoor sitting and late night cigar smoking. I know that we all had a much better time staying in a home than we would have had in a hotel. Thank you so much.

What a great house! We stayed during the 2005 Lacrosse World Cup and had such a great time. Barbara was so helpful in helping us arrange our stay and when we all got to the house it was way above what we had hoped for. Event the neighbours were friendly although alot of this may have been curiosity over the five guys from England flying the St. George cross from the flagpole!! (Well, they all had the Stars & Stripesd up so we figured.....!) If we ever return to Annapolis, we will definitely try and stay in Conduit Street again! |

I know the Mehr family from my college days. So they made me feel very much at home for my 90-day stay in Annapolis while the General Assembly was meeting.
I'll gladly be back for the next semester - make that session. |

| We spent a wonderful weekend at Barbara's Conduit Street Residence for Ring Dance Weekend 2004. It was a memorable weekend enhanced by her wonderful home which made walking to the Academy and downtown very easy. We highly recommend this property. |

We loved staying at Barbara's home. It was perfect for the 5 of us! The table was a memory maker for our 2003 Thanksgiving and could easily sit 8 or maybe even 10! Great location for walking the old city of Annapolis. Very good taste in decorating and no shortcuts in the remodeling of the kitchens and bathrooms - where so many rental property owners often cut costs and hence quality.
The neighbors were very nice and even helped recover a toy that had flown over the fence.
Definitely recommend this rental! |

| Barbara Mehr and young "Master Jack's" property on Conduit Street is a lovely, roomy, and comfortable house that easily felt like "home" to us and our friends. Barbara's cordial and helpful neighbors added even more to our feeling of comfort and "Welcome" and not like we were just another batch of "weekend renters". The house easily accommodated six of us (plenty of bedrooms AND bathrooms). The layout of the first floor was perfectly suited for our private and informal reception of a dozen of my classmates during our 25th reunion. The kitchen and parlor were especially cozy and naturally suited for gathering; and the long staircase made a great backdrop for the group photo! We heartily recommend it to anyone (if we don't beat you to it!) |

The house and neighborhood were beautiful! The proximity to the Naval Academy was perfect! The ladies who checked us in and out were extremely accomodating and helpful. We will definitely think of Ms. Mehr and this house for our next trip to Annapolis! Go Navy! Kevin and Maureen White |

| Thanks for making our stay in Annapolis so enjoyable. Reservations were easy, the house was great, location to downtown was wonderful, and even the weather wasn't to humid! We're looking forward to more delicious chocolate chip cookies the next time we stay. |

Charming home. So convenient for us - we loved being able to walk to the harbor for coffee and do the shops.
Appreciated how easy you were to deal with! The homemade cookies on the table were a pleasant surprise. Thanks |
