| Hi Jana I would like to say that we had a wonderful time this Christmas with your dad Karl and Bridget. They were so kind and treated us like royalty. Your dad was a great tour guide and took us to those special Christmas stores in town. And Bridget with her delicious cooking, I must of gained 10 pounds. My family so enjoyed the snow and they even put a Christmas tree in our family room for us. We can't wait to come back in the summer to help with the honey and jelly. Jana thanks for arrainging everything it surley made things less stressful. My family again loved it all. God Bless. the Collets |

Hi Jana, A quick note to tell you how much we enjoyed staying those two nights at the farm with your parents. We LOVED it! It was so nice of your dad to be outside waiting for us, I'm sure we would have spent quite a bit of time trying to pin point the exact location otherwise!!
We fell in love with one of the kittens, wanted to take her with us! And the jam!!! We did take some of that home with us!!
The most interesting thing was that I found out that my great great grandfather's second wife, Agnus Amelia Richter, was from Hartha! I have to investigate that a little more thoroughly!!
Thanks again for a wonderful stay!!

Karl and Brigitte are wonderful hosts: gracious and kind. They are both eager to please and make you feel at home.
The family farm has tons of character and you can not ask for a more romantic and serene setting.
You can rent just one room and up to three...the private sitting area and kitchen is perfect for relaxing. For a bargin price after the big city of Dresden.
I highly recommend this place if you are renting a car and going to visit the mineral museum in Freiberg, this place is for you!
Down the road is a restaurant that gets high marks, and a lovely old aqua duct...just know it is not in Dresden (a 30-40 minute drive) and you will not be disappointed! Personally, we enjoyed being out of the big city and into the small towns...and the farm brought back memories of summers as a youth~
Try the home made jams and honey--unbelievably delicious.
