| We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks on Great Guana Cay in July 2009. Beach Dream is a fantastic home on one the prettiest beaches we have ever seen. Grant, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. Gina, the caretaker, is a dear person and we became friends with her entire family. The friendly people, the perfect beaches, the beautiful reefs, the great boating (rent from Troy at Dive Guana), and the good food are all reasons for us to return to Great Guana Cay and the Abacos. |

Beach Dream is a real dream. I have been going to Abaco for 20 years and this is, by far, the best place I have ever stayed!
The house is well equipped and was immaculate when we arrived. The beds and furniture is very comfortable. The house is very roomy with fantastic views from every room. There were 6 of us and we never felt crowded. The caretakers are fantastic people! Even tho it was pouring rain when we arrived in our rental boat, Gina and Robert met us at the dock and helped unload our gear and provisions. It also has a lot of things that you don't find at other rentals, paper towels, kleenex, bath and laundry soap, toilet paper, etc. It exceeded our greatest expectations. Grant,the owner, was very helpful in providing local info and suggestions. Just cannot say enough about this house. You really feel at home there, very comfortable. We will certainly rent it again! |

| What an incredible place. The house is spectacular as is the island,beach, location etc. The house is very well finished with superior furnishing, appliances( not what you would expect in a rental ) Beach Dream well exceeded our expectations.Although we have just returned from there, we have already made plans to go back. Thanks Beach Dream and co for the best vacation ever. |

| This house is amazing! The view is spectacular. The pictures just don’t do it justice. The furnishings, fixtures, and appliances far exceed what you would expect in a rental home. The beach is right off the back porch with a great reef to snorkel at, which we did daily. I could go from the porch and be on the reef in less than 5 minutes. Another great aspect to this house is its close proximity to everything. We will definitely be staying here again. |

Beach Dream was truly a dream come true! This gorgeous beach home is brand new and well appointed with tasteful furniture, quality appliances, and the comforts of home. The house is right on the beach on the Atlantic side of the small island, which was so great for our whole family to come and go as we pleased. My son loved exploring the town on a rental bike. He learned to scuba dive right there on Great Guana Cay. Transportation was easy on a golf cart, so a car was not needed. The most amazing time we spent was snorkeling for starfish, sea cucumber and sting ray in the sea nearby. The water was such beautiful shades of blues and greens, you’d almost think you were looking at a post card! The warm, tropical air and casual atmosphere made this island spot a perfect place for us to relax and recharge our battery. We'd go back in a heartbeat!

Our family rented the Beach Dream… that is, our whole family -- my in-laws, my mother, our three children, and my wife and I. This beach house handled us all with room to spare. On the sunny days we played on a perfect beach snorkeling and swimming. My in-laws took long morning walks and said they felt like it was their private beach. We sat on the massive deck sunning while my mom found a comfy corner to read her book and still be a part of what we were doing. At nights we played cards having great family time without the distractions that surround us every day. The kitchen was like ours at home with all the nice-it –tees. The moms made great dinners of locally caught grouper and lobster. There’s absolutely nothing more relaxing than falling asleep to the sound of the surf; it has to be the most peaceful thing in the world. Small island life cannot be described, you have to live it for at least a week! We truly felt like we were on a different planet from our busy, busy life’s.

I have had the great fortune of travelling throughtout the world. Our prefernces are to stay in villas,homes or small bungalow type of accomadations as opposed to large hotels. We also prefer to cook as many meals as possible to cut down on costs. Beach Dreams is all that we could ask for and more. The setup for our group of 9 people was very comfortable and open. The setting is perched upon a beautiful sand dune and the beach sand is the softest we've ever encountered. The coral reef right off the beach is about as convenient as could be possible. Our 7 year old son made many swims to the reef and saw all kinds of fish and turtles. My top 3 favorite things about Beach Dreams are,
1. centrally located on the island
2. the onobstructed view of the Alantic ocean
3. the accomodations of the house,very well laid out.
If any of these things are appealing to you, I would suggest looking into this spot and making your own Beach Dreams. |
