Binh was increibly helpful. The apartment was great. We had guides to the city, printer and paper for tickets, I forgot to buy shampoo and opened the pantries and cabinets to discover extra of everything, paper, towels, shampoo, soap, bandaids, anything and everything you may need and one always forget when going on vacation.
The apartment was close to everything, the national gallery is a few blocks away and subway stations are also close by.
A plus is the available parking space that always comes in handy specially in a city like DC where parking proves imposible.
All in all the trip was fun. Having a place close by, safe, economic and clean makes one vacation so much more memorable.

| We spent 6 nights at the Condo and had a wonderful time. Binh gave us a tour of the area when we arrived which was very helpful. It was *so* easy to get around. We walked to museums and monuments most of the week and took the Metro to the zoo and Arlington. It was great to just park our car especially since we made the drive to DC from Iowa. The condo is in a nice residential neighborhood and we found the neighbors friendly and helpful. The pool was nice on a hot day! The Safeway is about 4 blocks away and there are some little restaurants and cafes tucked around. We found the Marriott Residence Inn one block over had some quick essentials if you needed them. The Cafe in the NASA building had a great breakfast (cash only but ATM onsite). We country mice had a fabulous time in our Nation's Capital. There is so much we didn't get to see, can't wait to come back and we hope Binh will still have his condo to rent to us! Thanks again for a great week! |

We wanted to say "thank you!." for the lovely place. We had a really good time and your place accommodated our families needs perfectly! We walked almost everywhere, your place is in the perfect location!!! We had so much fun, we will certainly be back and recommend this place to everyone. We didn't have enough time to see everything so we will be back soon hopefully.

| We stayed for 6 nights and this condo was so close to everything, clean and very modern. Having a washer/dryer was also a plus for us, since we had been on the road days before our arrival. The owner gave us a tour of D.C. and even showed us the grocery store nearby. That was a big help. I would recomment this condo to anyone visiting D.C. It was very quiet and we did not want to leave! |

| We had a wonderful time in DC. Binh was a great host.When we arrived, Binh gave us a tour around the DC area. This was quite helpful, it gave us an idea where the attractions are in the city. The condo was convenient and comfortable for my family. It has everything you need. The metro and the mall where in walking distance which was great. Just hop on the metro and it will take you to the DC attractions in no time. We had an enjoyable stay and we will stay here again. The restaurants you recommended were good. Thanks Binh. |

| Binh is a great host. He gave us an introductory tour upon our arrival in his own vehicle. The condo is located close to the Metro and a great cafe at the NASA headquarters. It is clean, quiet and has good security. There was bottled water in the fridge and a nice queen tempurpedic bed. It is close to the waterfront too. Our week stay in DC was great. THANKS Binh! |

Our stay at 350 G Street was fabulous. The owner of the condo went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in the condo, and familiar with the surrounding neighborhood and sights.
The proximity of the condo was outstanding...a few blocks from 'The Mall', about 4 blocks to the beautiful waterfront,
4 blocks from Safeway, Starbucks, The Metro, etc. We felt very safe in the neighborhood, on our many walks and jogs on the surrounding streets. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped which was nice because we were traveling with our children, so every night, we baked cookies after walking ALL day, and watched movies on the DVD player.
We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it for visitors to DC.

| We just came back from 3 nights of stay in this clean, modern furnished condo. Not only the condo, the whole building is very new. The designated parking space is definitely a plus if you decide to stay in the downtown area. Owner is very friendly. He even gave us a private tour around the area and lots of tips on getting tickets and restaurants in the area. We had a wonderful time. My husband and I agreed that this place will be our first choice for our future DC trips. |

| Clean unit. Great for our family of 5 during Spring Break '09. Can walk to Mall or Subway. We used public transportation all week. Nice fitness room. Convenient washer/dryer in the unit. We would stay here again. |
