My family and I stayed here over Christmas and couldn't have been happier. Once we parked the car we never needed it during our entire four night stay--a miracle in Phoenix. The loft was convenient to absolutely everything--sports arenas, the Science Center, Copper Square, as well as tons of bars and restaurants. It was also very nicely furnished (with kids, we especially appreciated having two TVs). The pool and fitness center downstairs were an added bonus. Now with the light rail system running (there is a stop just around the corner) this loft will be even more convenient, as you will be able to get to both uptown Phoenix and downtown Tempe, all without ever having to get on the freeway. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is considering a trip to Phoenix.
