| We had a wonderful time at Sunset Beach, the condo was absolutely beautiful very spacious. The owner of the condo is a very sweet spirited man and makes sure that everything goes well while you are there. The condo itself is in a very quiet and peaceful area.I would definetely recommend anyone to stay and enjoy themselves here, well worth it. |

| We had a terrific vacation at the colonies. The condo was clean and spacious! There was so much to do in a close proximity: tennis, swimming and golf. Sunset Beach is beautiful and only a short drive away. We also enjoyed the choices in great restaurants. Awesome place to take your family!!!! |

| My 78-year old mother, sister, and I had a girls' week at this condo the last week of July. We loved it! The place was clean, comfortable, and inviting. We hated to leave at the end of the week. We hope to be able to return next summer. |
