We (family of 4 plus 1) stayed in July 09 for approx. 2 weeks at this nice house in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea. The house is very well equipped,everything necessary is available. Also the house and interior is in an excellent condition (the owner maintains the house at a high level).
We liked inside the house very much the well/modern equipped kitchen! and outside the pool and nice barbecue. The house is located in a very safe and friendly area, approx. 8-10 walking distance (crossing of 1A1 required) of the beach. The LBS Anglins Fishing Pier, Shops/Supermarket and Restaurants are as well in 5-10 min walking distance from the house.
The owner is very friendly and helpful. I would rent this house again, and do recommend this house. |

| A truly serene and private property. The pool area was wonderful and the home had all the features and amenities to make our stay comfortable. The very short walk to the beach is lovely and we look forward to returning next year! |

Our stay was very pleasant. The house is great, very private and within in walking distance to the beach, shopping etc. The backyard pool and barbecue make for great relaxation and entertainment. The owner was very pleasant and available for any questions. I would recommend this property and would stay here again.
