| "L'appartement est très bien situé, toutes les visites peuvent se faire à pied,la gare est très proche pour aller visiter Pise ou Siene ou d'autres villes. Si vous venez en voiture, il y a un garage très correct dans la via Ognissanti près des "carabinieri". L'appartement est très bien équipé et très propre. Merci à Margherita pour son accueil et sa disponibilité, elle nous avait même prévu quelques aliments pour préparer notre repas pour le premier soir. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille et nous gardons cette adresse si nous devons revenir à Florence." |

| We were in the Diamante for almost 2 weeks during the summer 2009. It was spacious for two adults and teenegers. The mezzanine and the two bathrooms were appreciated. We had great time in Firenze and the appartment was really well situated for train and visits. |

The appartment was great and im still thankful..
Now a friend of mine is going to Florence on April 2010 and im helping her with the booking... because i know that

I've stayed in the Florentia Apartments twice now and have enjoyed my stay on both occasions. The apartments are in a great location, for a good price. The apartments are all very well furnished & equipped. Margherita was very helpful with information before we arrived, and arranging to have us met at a time that suited us.
If I had one gripe, it would be that one apartment key for 5-6 people is a hassle. However, I love these apartments and would stay here again. |

siamo rimaste molto contente di tutto per la Sua gentilezza e per l'appartamento che ci ha offerto ogni comfort. Inoltre grazie anche per la musica che ci ha dato, stereo e cassette; abbiamo potuto ascoltare insieme ad un amico un brano che avevamo composto intitolato "Oceano", ci ha chiesto se poteva ascoltarlo ed é stato possibile grazie al Suo stereo! Al prossimo ritorno a Firenze, speriamo di trovare disponibile Rubino, che é anche molto bello. Adesso stiamo continuando la visita di alcuni Parchi Faunistici dopo il Parco dell'Abatino di Poggio San Lorenzo, andremo al Parco Zoom di Cumiana (Torino) e Parco Le Cornelle di Valbermo (Bergamo) poi ci sarà la Stagione Teatrale del Teatro Everest di Firenze, nel suo web site abbiamo trovato un programma interessante e chissà forse torneremo a Firenze.

Comment Text: I had the pleasure of staying in the Tapazio apt. with my family four years ago on my first visit to Italy. It was an absolutely perfect apartment for our stay. I enjoyed walking everywhere with my daughters from the convenient location and added bonus of being an easy walk to the train station for our day trips was great.
I am returning in spring of '09 with a friend of mine who has never been to Florence. I am SO happy to have kept the contact site of these beautiful apartments. I will be renting the AMBRA unit and hope that it will be comfortable as the first apartment.
I highly recommend these apartments for easy access, quiet neighborhood, ALL of the amenities that have so thoughtfully been put into place, and the helpfulness of Margherita.
I wish on all of my travels I could find such nice accommodations! |

We spent a couple of days in Florence two weeks ago now. Definitely too short a stay, but we will be going back some day. Would have had a little more time!
First of all, five of us stayed in the Diamante Apartment at 50 Via Del Scala, which is very close to the train station. This definitely would have been a great location to call home for a week or more, as it was we just barely had time to sleep there (we had a very early flight to catch.) I found it on line at OWNERS DIRECT REF IT 130. Margherita, the owner, was very helpful as we were making plans for our visit, met us at the appointed time, showed us around the apartment and advised us where to park our car. If you don't require the always-having-someone-at-the-desk of a hotel, then I would recommend her place. In addition to the apartment we stayed in, which could handle five or six, there are several other smaller apartments in the same building.
We had a great time rambling around for a very full day, walking down many streets, crossing the river, and going into many shops. There was a great street market, permanent I think, close to San Lorenzo. We found the shopping in Florence to be much more fun than shopping in Rome.

The location was perfect and we enjoyed being immersed in more of a "locals" area of town with quick access to all the major sights. Thank god for the washing machine AND dryer, too!! Margherita, it was great meeting you and staying at your place! We are certain we will be back, in fact, when does your busy season start again? We think we might be able to return in the spring but do not want it to be too cold and we would want to miss at least some of the crowds in early summer. Any suggestions?
After we left your apartment we went to Assisi then to Orvietto which we like so much we stayed three nights? One of the days there we rented a car and went to the tiny little town on top of a hill (I will find the name and include it next time I write) near Orvietto and from there we drove to Todi which we liked a lot. We then headed back to Orvietto and returned the car later in the evening so we got a full day of touring the countryside by car. We went to Pisa for our last night - I was impressed - and had a pretty good flight to New York during which we shared information about your apartment with several of the people around us.
I am seriously thinking that I should learn Italian - not just a few key phrases like this time. Towards the end of our trip it seemed like I was understanding quite a bit of it. Anyway, I will decide in the next couple of weeks so that I can build on what's in my head right now from our trip. More later! alex

Thankyou for everything. We have had a great time in your beautiful city. We really love Florence and the weather has been glorious. Thanyou for your help regarding our medical situation. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of your medical system. James is ok, and had very inflammed veins as results of extreme muscle fatigue, heat and too much walking. The Doctor fixed it very quickly but did tests to rule out DVT blood clots) which I was worried about.
We have booked a train out early this afternoon, so will be leaving the
unit at 1pm. Thanks for allowing us to stay that little bit longer.

We had a wonderful time and the apartment was great. I was a little
worried that being so close to the train and bus stations would mean it was noisy, but everything was amazingly quiet and we were very comfortable.
Having the market, bakery, and coffee shop all nearby was great too, and

I just want to drop a few lines and thank you for the Gorgeous & comfortable apartment, we have rented from you.
The Florentia apartment very comfortable, to the point that it feels like home. I have to tell you there were days, we did not want to go out, because it was sizzling hot outside and was nice and cool inside. We really did enjoy our stay in Florence. Out of 3 apartments, I have rented for this trip, this one was the best.
Again, thank you very much for your hospitality and I’ll make sure to recommend your services and in particular the Florentia apartment to all my friends and relatives.

Our second part of the vacation in Italy was in Florence.
It is hard to judge by the pictures, how the appartment will really be. When we got there from the train station, we were plesantly supprised by the look & comfort of the Florentia Appartment. When you first walk in you feel like you are at home.
I would strongly recomend to rent the Florentia apartment and enjoy it's warm & inviting ambiance. Many thanks to our wonderfull hostess- Margherita.

Hi Margherita,
It was fantastic to meet you. We loved our stay in your apartment, the diamonte. It made our stay in florence easy and comfortable.
Its location was terrific for everything we did and especially for
taking the train to venice the morning that we left.
We had a great time in venice as well and are now back home in new york

the apartment as well as Florence were wonderfull. Our thick Canadian blood howner is running too hot and the air conditioning was godsend. We have caught the early train to La Spezia and then onto Vernazza in Cinque Terre. Hopefully we can go for a swim there. Thanks again for the upgrade to the larger apartment. It was very comfortable for our family and great to cook a few meals in.

We climbed Campanile di Giotto in the evening today. The sun's rays come filtering through the clouds when the bell sounded. It is so fantastic! We would like to visit Firenze again. | Margherita, thank you for a wonderful stay. The week we spent here couldn't have been more perfect. Your Spumante gift was very gracious and was greatty enjoyed with the large tub! The apartment was soo well equiped and just like home. We made some wonderful meals in the kitchen and really got to see all Florence has to offer. We even took some day trips to Cinqueterre and around other parts of Tuscany. Like Peter said, "a week came and went so fast" but we wnjoyed every moment. nous avons passé un excellent séjour à florence dans votre appartement qui est très agréable et très pratique pour les visites à pieds.
nous avons trouvé finalement un garage dans la rue qui retourne vers la porta romana, à 15 euros la journée.
nous avons pu visiter le musée des offices ( très beau) en réservant nos billets le mardi pour le jeudi.
nous avons emporté votre carte de florence dans nos bagages. je peux vous la renvoyer si vous le désirez.
( juste une remarque: le couchage dans le canapé n'est pas très confortable.)

Dear Margariah, it was pleaure really to be in your apaptment, its in an old building, however you were able to make the interior as one of the new model buildings with the remodeling u did, also its very convenient and at reach of all the insights and transportations. One item I think it will be great if u were able to do,is to have someone from yr side in the same building to help the visitors for any difficulties they may face while in house.

Dear Margherita, Just to let you know we had a nice time when we stayed in your apartment Zaffiro. We appreciated finding the small supply of condiments (oil, salt, pepper, etc.), things one doesn't take on holiday. We liked the central location and showed the apartment to Florentine friends of ours.
Just two things I would suggest you change: the tea cups were chipped, but we bought some around the corner in the 50 cents shop. Also the towels could do with a renewal. This is just a hint to perfect the quality of the apartment.
We will certainly recommend your apartments (much nicer than staying in a hotel) and I have given your details to a friend who rents apartments in Rome.
Sorry we never met during our stay.
I take this occasiion to wish you and your dear ones a very Merry Christmas and a Hapy New Year.
