| We had a great week in Seaside. We loved the cottage and its close proximity to the town center and the beach. The only negative is the outside shower isn't easily accessible. We would have had a lot less sand in the house if it had been easier to shower off after a day at the beach. |

| We thoroughly enjoyed our July 4th visit to Going Coastal cottage. The cottage is well maintained, has a great layout, and the location is convenient to all Seaside amenities. Sandpiper Vacation Rentals made our visit effortless. Thanks for a great vacation! We will be back! |

| We loved the cottages location and floor plan and layout. Very nicely decorated. LOved the kitchen table! Great front porch. Only negative was that the housekeeper did not have it really well cleaned before we got there. |
