Just returned from a two week stay at this home. We can honestly say this is the best house we've ever rented. The house was very clean, well maintained, came with everything we needed, and many things we wanted (such as an INCREDIBLE Margaritta blender :-). The rooms were spacious and the closets were HUGE. Pool, ping pong table, and WII were all wonderful. We boated, fished, or snorkeled every day. We even struck out for an incredible 2 day trip to the Dry Tortugas. The Key deer, huge horseshoe crabs, and a couple of iguanas were always around visiting. The neighbors were very friendly. One other thing that sets this house apart were the owners. They sent very helpful, detailed information about the area and answered many questions we had about fishing the area. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and can't wait to return!

We stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend and had a blast. The house was cozy, clean, and bright. It was decorated very nicely, it was well equipped and furnished with an eye for detail. We felt right at home. The neighborhood was peaceful and the heated pool was awesome. The walk-in closets and outdoor furniture are a big PLUS. The kitchen was very spacious and had everything we needed. The entry way up the stairs to the kitchen and living room was different from the ordinary and very attractive. The master bedroom’s deck was enjoyable. The screened porch was our favorite! We had breakfast there every morning. I cannot think of one negative thing to say about this house except that I regret not finding it sooner!

My family stayed at the house on the 3rd week of April. My kids (16, 15, 8) loved the Pool, fishing of the dock. (lots of Fish!). They frequently walked across the street to the rocky beach in search of Shells, hermit crabs and shells. (they loved it and found plenty!) The house was clean with a tropical flare, The view of the bay was spectacular. We enjoyed BBQ by the Pool & played ping pong while dinner was cooking. We went fishing and caught plenty of Yellow Tails & one big grouper. We saw dolphins that came up to the boat, plenty of turtles and several flying Sailfish. Having the boat parked at the dock behind was great. Easy access to bay or open waters. The Deer are everywhere, I even saw a neighbor's kids petting one. I can't wait to rent it again real soon! It was well worth it! |

Just returned from spring break with three teenagers (14, 17, 18) and we stayed here. Originally we debated whether this home would offer enough to please three teenagers - but it was. All three agreed that this was their BEST spring break ever! Plenty for them to do nearby, the pool was a hit, the ping pong table kept them busy and the home was spacious enough to give them plenty of "alone" space when needed. They loved the Wii Entertainment system and everything else about their stay. Home was clean and well maintained. Will stay here again! Thanks for making our spring break so enjoyable.

We just returned from a one week stay at this home and had a wonderful time. The location was great! Close to Key West and close to GREAT fishing. The pool was very relaxing and the home was spacious, very clean and well maintained. The biggest surprise was the unobstructed views of the wildlife area and the beautiful sunsets! The Key Deer were so cute and came to visit also - which was enjoyable. We will definitely stay there again!
