| Villa Rialto was just perfect for our family. Very spacious and well appointed it had everything we needed. Our boys loved the pool and trips out on the boat that we hired for the week. |

We stayed at Villa Rialto the first week in August. The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed our stay there: from the fishing off the dock, great boating water, enjoying a drink at the tiki hut on the dock and swimming in the pool. We will definately return again. Ric and Kim, Larry and I had the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. Your home is immaculately kept and we felt right at home. Having the lift for our boat was awesome. The pool was a very welcome luxury for us. Everything was simply wonderful and we will certainly be back.

Dear Villa Rialto Owners,
We stayed at your lovely home just last month and have to say what a place! We loved your home with the nice furnishings and the great backyard space with the pool and spacious area for relaxing. We have rented other homes in the area, but have to say this was our favorite.
Again thank you for sharing your home with us. We will be coming back hopefully same time next year.

| My Family and I had a fantastic holiday at Villa Rialto. We found the Villa to be very clean, bright and comfortable. We rented a boat. It was convenient to just jump in the boat from the back yard and explore the beautiful water’s of Cape Coral. We will be back! |

| My Husband and I found Villa Rialto perfect for our 2 week stay. We rented a boat and kept it under the covered boat dock. The location is ideal for boating as it’s only a few minute boat ride to the open water. We also found this Villa to be an exceptional value compared to others we shopped for. We will most definitely be back. Thank you Ric & Kim. |
