| We simply loved this place! The view of Castine across the bay is beautiful. Just sitting on the deck and watching the Maritime Academy sailing regattas, the gorgeous sunsets, or the city lights reflected on the water was enough to sooth any soul. Peggy and Chris are most gracious and made many worthwhile recommendations for great food, good shopping, and interesting sights. We highly recommend this lovely spot. |

| Our week at Red Windows was positively delightful. The setting is spectacular, with views out over the bay. The cottage itself includes some whimsical art and interesting design touches that make it feel very special. However, the real highlight of a stay at Red Windows is the opportunity to get to know Peggy and Chris who are wonderful hosts and very interesting people. We are grateful to them for their warm welcome, including and especially to our 11-year-old daughter. |

| Great spot, this is our third visit. We love the view! Cute and very comfortable. Peggy and Chris are lovely hosts and we consider them our friends in Maine! |

The views of the water and the Islands were everything we hoped they would be. We took many fantastic day-trips from here: Acadia NP, Isle au Haut, Castine, but the highlight of our stay was watching the sun set over the islands and seeing the fireflies in the garden.
This is a very comfortable house with everything we needed for a great visit- thanks Peggy and Chris! |
