-Very cozy, comfortable place, pretty much all we needed and wanted
-Nice quiet location
-All the resort amenities: pool, clubhouse, spa, restaurant, golf, etc…
-Wi-fi available, free, and worked!
-Location, while not within walking distance, still close to everything we wanted by car. Only a few minutes to downtown Napa, groceries, and the main highways/roads into the valleys & wine country. Overall we had a very nice stay, and a lot of fun touring the countryside up there northwest of SF. It’s gorgeous this time of year (6/09). We got our bike ride in around Calistoga, hiked in Armstrong State Park (redwoods), walked the beach at Sonoma Beach SP at the mouth of the Russian River – beautiful drive down that river by the way, got our fill of wineries, ate at Don Giovanni’s, took in some live music and local brews at Downtown Joe’s, then tooled around SF the on last day.
So I would recommend this place to anyone, and we would stay again if we came back.
