| My family stayed in this great home during Oct. of 2009 and had a blast. The home has everything anyone could need and more. The kids played games while the adults relaxed by the pool. It is close enough to all the Disney attraction but far enough away that you have peace and quite. Great home and we look forward to coming back soon. |

| We rented 2901 Eldiente Way, Doral Woods February 1st thru March 1st 2009. Our friends highly recommended Michell at Behlor Realty and the Doral Woods area. We found the house to be clean, spacious, nicely decorated and had a nice pool area. Michell was responsive and friendly. We would not hesitate to rent with Behlor Realty in the future. |

Our family of five adults, two children and one infant stayed at 2916 Evans Dr. in Doral Woods. The two weeks we spent there,ariving Feb.15 and departing Mar. 1, were truly enjoyable. The house truly has ample room and a great layout so that we were able to split up at times and not get in each others' hair. What you see in the photos is what you get....no B.S. Thank you , Michelle, for your suggestion to heat the pool; as the water was wonderfully warm on our arrival.
There were only two minor items in the kitchen and laundry area that needed attention and I am sure they have already been addressed by Michelle.
The Doral Woods area seems safe, is quiet and yet only a short drive to the attractions and shopping.
I am very sure that whenever in the future my family decides to vacation in the Kissimmee area again; Behlor Realty will get a call. I hope Michelle answers the phone |

We have just recently returned from Kissimmee and our stay at 4706 Crestone Circle was very pleasant. We were with another couple and it was so nice to be able to come back to the house and have room to relax in.
The carpets could be in better shape, but then I guess that is minor.
The hot tub could have been warmer as the nights were very cold, we believe the pressure was low and it was addressed to the pool maintenance. Hopefully will be fixed for the next tenants.
The house however was well stocked with dishes,cooking pots and utensils. A coffee filter or two to start the stay would have been nice, as we did not realize there were none until later of our first night there,we had coffee but no filters, over sight when our grocery pack was delivered???
All in all we had a wonderful time and definitely would return if the opportunity arises.

| We stayed at 4706 crestone circle, 4 bedroom 3 bath, pool and hot tub house over Christmas holiday, It was outstanding. It has everything imaginable for a great vacation. The pool and hot tub were well heated, a must for my girlfriend. We did not want to go home. |

We stayed at 2916 Evans Dr and loved the house. The house is well maintained and like new. It has ample space for one, even two families since it has two master bedrooms. The kitchen is nice with the bonus of a Ceran top stove (the glass top stoves that are easy to clean). You can even park your car in the garage to keep it out of the sun. The pool was very nice, and even in the cool temps we had over Thanksgiving (in the 60's), the pool heater kept up and we could use the pool the entire week. The pool is nice and long and ideal for lap swimmers, plus the deep end is deep enough to practice flip turns. My daughter improved her competive swim skills as a result. Another bonus is the third bathroom opens directly onto the pool deck, making changing and bathroom stops more convenient than running dripping wet through the house. The WIFI worked perfectly well, and allowed me to get some work done while the kids were entertained with the pool. TV's in every room also brought a measure of peace over what everyone wanted to watch. We like the location because it is peaceful and not on route 192, which means you can get places without dealing with traffic headaches (192 is a synonym for grid-lock). Two Publix and a Super Wal-Mart are near-by to meet shopping needs.
Now about Behlor. We have come to the Orlando area about a dozen times over the past 7 years. Our first few times we stayed at vacation homes with other realtors, until we discoverd Behlor. Not only will we only stay in vaction homes because of convenience, luxury and cost savings, but Behlor is always our first choice. They have the best prices, well maintained properties, and you always know what you are getting, where you are staying, and convenience. In a word they are honest. With other realtors the price does not include hidden fees, or you do not know where the property is located, or what it looks like, until you arrive. With Behlor you get a half dozen pictures of the property, so you can see if it meets your needs, plus you know the pool configuration and size. You also can go straight to the property without stopping at the office. This is a huge timer saver, since most realtors require you to stop at their office on route 192. Believe me, after (or before) a 20 hour drive from (to) Michigan, the last thing you want is to sit in traffic on 192 for another hour --- or two.
Finally, Behlor rescued our vacation. We planned to spend Thanksgiving week on the Atlantic coast using an RCI timeshare exchange. The RCI property was a disaster, so we cancelled our RCI week, but needed a place to stay. One call to Behlor saved our week. Michelle gave us a list of possibilities, gave us the address, and a disaster turned into a wonderful vacation. Thank you Michelle!

The house was very nice and comfortable, the carpets could be cleaner although realizing this property allows pets it was understandble. I would definately rent from Behlor Realty again in the future. I will probably choose a property that is slighty closer to Disney if possible. |

| We stayed at 3396 Hawkin Drive from April 15 through to April 23, 2008 and had a wonderful time. The house was clean, spacious and an ideal retreat to come back to after visiting theme parks, shopping centres and the beach. We knew that we could always go back to the house and enjoy a relaxing time by the pool or kick back and watch a movie or two. The house is situated close to shopping malls, restaurants and the theme parks. I have recommended renting from Behlor Realty to my family and friends. Michelle Langham was wonderful to work with. The kitchen was equiped with plenty dishes and utenisls. We enjoyed the lanai and pool area a lot. The back yard was private with no disturbance. We will use Behlor Reality and Michelle again if we ever vacation in the Kissimmee area. |

| We stayed at 3401 Hawkins Dr from March 3rd to March 31st 2008. The house was spacious, clean,and very well equipped with dishes, pots and pans. We especially enjoyed the large lanai and pool area. Loved being able to BBQ even in the rain as we were covered. This house has a very quiet, private back yard. Any little problems were quickly taken care of, even over the holidays. We rented 2902 Elbert Way for 10 days starting 27th February 2008 - we would have liked longer but it was booked up.
This was a meeting point for us,retired Brits living in France, and our son and his family who joined us from Montreal, Canada.
Despite our 7 year old granddaughter's sudden onset of flu, we had a really great time in this superbly accommodated villa, and would recommend it to any other family looking for that "little bit extra" close to the theme parks.
I had chosen this villa in particular for the huge private garden, which didn't disappoint.
My comments concerning a few broken or missing items were quickly dealt with by the ever competent Michelle.
We also much appreciated the free phone calls, internet connection, the many TVs, etc.
My 5 year old granddaughter will always remember that she "learned to swim in Florida" in the pool, which she did.
Thanks again to the owners, and to Michelle.

| We stayed at 4608 Cumbrian Lakes rive, Cumbrian Lakes, Kissimmee, and we loved it! The pictures don't give the home justice! There was more than enough room for the 9 of us! It was so nice not to hear hotel guests at all hours coming back to their rooms while you're trying to sleep! The neighborhood was quiet, close to the parks and a lot of shopping malls. We were able to have breakfast at home and then head to the parks which got us there much faster than having to wait for everyone to get ready to go to a restaurant to eat first! It was also nice having a grill there! Had steaks out by the pool one night! We just had a wonderful vacation in Florida and cannot speak more highly of Michelle Langham's help in finding us the perfect home to rent! We're definetly recommending her to our friends' and never will stay at a hotel again! |

Michelle and Steve were very, very helpful in assisting us to make sure my needs were met. They were very easy to work with. We very much enjoyed our stay. The Wi-Fi and free long distance were a nice extra and we really appreciated them. If we're every in the Orlando area again, we would definitly like to stay there again. | 2900 Evans Way Doral Woods - We spent a week there. It was just great to get up in the morning and have a nice breakfast and head to the parks. After long days, to be able to come home and have something to eat and have a house big enough to all go your own way was very relaxing. The kids enjoyed having their own beds,tv and pool. We went to the 4 Disney Parks, Universal, SeaWorld, and the Ocean. I can't begin to describe the comfort of coming "home" every night. It's so nice to be able to unpack for the week and not have to worry about your "stuff". Thanks Michelle and we hope to be able to do a trip like this again. |

| My husband and I along with our two daughters, son-in-law and 3 grandsons ages 2, 4 and 5 stayed at 2902 Elbert Way, Doral Woods. It was absolutley AWESOME! We had great access to Magic Kindgon, Animal Kingdom, Wal-Mart, Winn-Dixie and so much more. This was the first time we had ever rented a home and we were truly impressed. The home was very spacious nad we enjoyed the pool and the grandsons loved the backyard play area. The privacy fenced in backyard was wonderful. We didn't have to worry about next door neighbors. We had everything that was needed. It was just like being at home. Michelle was absolutely wonderful in assisting with anything we needed. I would highly recommend this to anyone with children or if someone is looking for a place with privacy and quietness. I house hunted from July until September and finally found 2902 Elbert Way and Michelle. Again she is absolutely WONDERFUL! We hope to visit again in the future. Thank you so much Michelle. |

Thank you for a wonderfull week at a beautifull house at 2901 El Diente way in Doral Woods. Our first time renting a vacation home, we were kinda worried about renting a house via internet but were very pleased and happy when we arrived at the neighbourhood and the house . Very spacious with 4 bedr.2 bathr. perfect for a big family.
The house was very clean and had everything we needed from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Kids used the pool after a warm day at the parks and the internet really came in handy to send pictures to family back home.
We would definitly recommend Behlor realty and will definitly stay again at 2901 El Diente way house.

We have just come back from a lovely 2 week stay at 2902 Elbert Way. Great villa, nicely furnished. Could do with some wireless internet access, and absolutely no kitchen com=nsumables left over (washing up liquid, kitchen roll, dishwasher powder, etc.) I wonder who keeps it all between visits?
Only small points - would not put me off staying again. |

| We spent our two week vacation at 4704 Crestone Cir in Doral Woods. This was the first time I've tried a rental home for vacation, but with our two boys now in their teens and my mother-in-law joining us, we really wanted something larger and more relaxing than a hotel room. What a great decision it was! The house was beautiful, spacious, and well appointed. We used the pool and the patio every day. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood and still close to the theme parks. Michelle and Kristin provided absolutely outstanding service. I will definitely rent again. The only observation is that there was no internet access. Through my cell phone company I have direct access for my laptop, so it wasn't a problem. But if you're expecting it for your computer or game system, you need to be aware. |

We stayed at 4120 Cannon Ct in the Wilderness. We absolutely LOVED it there. I was a little nervous renting a house I'd never seen but any reservations I had quickly disappeared the second we walked in. Everything was great. The pool is wonderful and the enclosed patio is awesome. There's a Walmart nearby so we were able to get plenty of groceries for the week and meat to cook on the gas grill. The master bedroom is big with a nice king size bed. The two other bedrooms were really nice and my son loved the Playstation 2. The house came with everything we needed (plus some). They even had wireless internet! It rained in the evenings while we were there so we ran to the video store and they let us rent a couple DVD's even though we aren't residents of FL. It was just an awesome stay. My kids were so sad to leave and made me take pictures of every room in the house! Thanks so much Michelle and Behlor Realty! We'll recommend you to all our friends!

Out of all the villas we have stayed at over a 25 year period, this one is by far the best. It has everything you could want and is set in a very quiet and peaceful location. |

The view of the lake was beautiful and the neighborhood was very quiet. Michelle is very trustworthy and helpful. | My husband and I and our five kids stayed at 5451 Crepe Myrtle Circle in Crescent Lakes from Jan.13th-March 17th. Michelle is wonderful- you can be confident that what she says is true. The house is just beautiful- Very spacious and bright with a beautiful view of the lake.Master bedroom is huge and master bath is very spacious with large closet. We felt secure in the neighborhood and the house was very clean.We were 25 minutes from Disney(take 535-536)which was no problem for us. This was our first time staying outside of Disney(we've stayed at value,moderates and deluxes)in six years and houses are the way to go. Parking at the ticket and trans. center was no more inconvenient than waiting for buses at resorts.We had annual passes so our parking was free. This house is a great house, wonderfully maintained and we were sad to leave it. A++++ for Michelle |

| Just finished a week at 2900 Doral Woods and Disney. The house was clean and the pool and deck/lanai are very nice. The furnishings are not fancy bet very adequate for a family. During our stay the wireless network was being installed and was not finished when we left, so the lack of internet access was disappointing. Also, the cable service was interrupted during our stay for the installation and the children were very disappointed about that. With the current road construction the drives to amusements and stores were protracted beyond expectation. All the appliances and other things in the house were in good condition and worked great. Very good, clear instructions from Behlor about access to the home and operating the alarms and such. |

Good to hear you enjoyed the home. This rental had dial up internet only when this reservation was made. Since then, the owner decided to add the high speed and make it wireless. I just so happened it was installed thru this guests stay, and they had the benifit of it for the last few days. All rental guests booking 2900 evans way will now get high speed wireless internet access.

We just completed a wonderful six-week stay at 5419 Dahlia Reserve Drive in Crescent Lakes. The home was beautifully decorated and the pool area great for swimming and sunbathing. Our family visited in separate visits for two of the weeks and there was plenty of room for all. The grandkids just loved the pool and spent all their free time swimming.
This was the third straight year we rented through Behlor Realty and Michelle has always been extremely helpful in finding us a home that fits our needs. We would recommend her to any of our friends or relatives who might be interested in renting a home in Orlando without reservation.

| Michelle and Kristin and staff are great !! We stayed at 4608 Cumbrian Lakes the week of 2/16. (Just a note-this was a BUSY time at Disney most popular rides were 1 hour + wait time). The house is great, plenty of room! 5 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths and a great pool area out back. (We had paid extra for pool heat and the pool was VERY WARM !!) Our kids LOVED it. Gated community easy to get to (off 192). House backs up to woods, so it is private. Appox. 15 min. drive to Disney parks. (NOTE - TOWELS are in small closet in downstairs bathroom) Any questions/problems we had were addressed ASAP by Michelle or Kristin. Would use them again !! |

Hello to everybody
We have just returned of our vacations of 15 days in 4608 Cumbrian Lakes Drive.
We are a group of friends that we take time planning our vacations from Spain, we have requested many budgets and checking many houses in the area of Kissimmee.
Finally we opt for Behlor Realty, and we are surprised very pleasurably. The attention and received service has been excellent. The rented house has overcome what we hoped to find very much. Clean, in an area not far from the parks, calm, sure, and very complete.
The hot pool, was really hot, even in the coldest days. Console with games, computer with internet and wireless for our laptop computers

Our family stayed at 2901 Eldiente Way, Doral woods for a week this December just gone. Planning a vacation from Australia to Orlando is always a big job with a lot of considerations to ensure a trouble free time for all involved. We have rented before off the web through private owners but never through an agent. What a pleasant surprise. Behlor realty were fantastic and extremely professional in all dealings we had with them. The house was great and suited our needs perfectly. The place was spotlessly clean, well maintained and in a quiet area. It had everything we needed to make a hectic week an absolute pleasure.
If you are coming to Orlando and thinking of staying in a hotel. DON'T! Give Michelle a call and organise a vacation rental through them. If it's winter I'd suggest going for pool heat though. My only foray into the pool was on a cool morning in an attempt to help shake off the groggy jet lag feeling after a long trip. It worked!! Brrrrr We love the Orlando area and live for the moment we step out of the airport into the fresh air at the airport after nearly 20 hours flying time. The excitement of pulling up in a strange driveway of what is about to be your home for the next week or so is also a feeling we live for. It feels all the better knowing we can expect everything to be just perfect now we have found Behlor Realty. I've got that funny feeling in my stomach already just thinking about our next trip and we haven't even planned one yet! If when you get there and you feel homesick just pick up the phone and call back home for FREE! Unbelievable but true. This was a fantastic bonus as we usually chew up some $$ on phone cards whilst away. Can't wait to get back! |

| We stayed at the 2916 Evans Dr., Doral Woods property in early Nov 2006. We found the house to be very clean, furnished nicely and in overall good condition. It was qutie adequate in space for our family of 7. The pool and neighborhood were very nice as well. There were adequate supplies on hand such as towels and kitchen supplies. The only thing that was a bit of an inconvenience was that there was no paper products ( toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, napkins ) and also no dish soap when we arrived. Other than that, everything was fine and we would stay there again. |

Thanks for a relaxing vacation. We stayed at 2900 Evans Way, and it was very quiet. Plenty of room for all. We were in the wilderness corridor, and we made a new friend, a wild black pig (we originally thought was someone's ugly dog), who made a couple of appearances in the yard (outside the screened walls, of course!). We were just never quick enough with the camera, though. You can't beat the value of staying in a home vs. hotel (also the value of Universal vs. Disney!). One thought: the welcome binder could include some clear maps to help navigate the area better. It took us a few days before we realized we were travelling out of our way to get to main highways. Otherwise, we had a great time!

Just wanted to follow up and let you know that we had a most wonderful visit to Orlando/Kissimmee last week. Your rental at 2902 Elbert Way was absolutely fabulous. It was perfect for our family of two adults and five children - we also had Grandmother and an Aunt with us, and there was plenty of space for everyone!! I was just amazed! We would have had to rent three hotel rooms to accomodate our crowd, and without a doubt, would have paid triple the cost. The house was immaculate, spacious, had everything on hand you could think of needing. We so enjoyed having the pool and backyard play area right at the back door. The added security feature for the pool was a wonderful peace of mind with so many little ones running around. Our only "problem" was the grass needing to be cut, and someone was sent out the very next day after we spoke with your office - now that's prompt customer service! Thank you again for such a great place to relax and unwind after a day at the parks. The weather was so hot last week, we look back and regret that we didn't spend more time at the house and the pool versus standing in lines at parks in the heat! We have bragged to everyone about what a great house at a great deal we got, and are telling people to check out your rentals for their visits to Disney and the Orlando area. We will definitely be back!!

| We spent Easter 2006 and the week after on Hawkins Drive in the Wilderness in Poinciana. We loved the house. The pool was super clean, and large. The lanai was extra large, giving ample shade in the afternoon, and plenty of space to operate. This time of year the solar heated pool was plenty warm. We loved eating and cooking outdoors. The house was also very clean and comfortable. We did not mind the extra distance to Disney, as we perferred to relax in the home and use the pool. Shopping was extra close in Poinciana(2 Publix, Super Walmart, Winnie Dixie), and did not require driving on the nightmare known as 192. So we could pick up things as needed. The realtor is also super. The only one to tell you (and show you pictures) the location of the house before you arrive: so there is no surprise after a long journey. The key is at the house, so we could drive straight to the house without a detour -- especially important after a 20 hour straight drive from Michigan. We will be renting again. |

We had a wonderful stay - the home was furnished to a high standard and clean. Our children thoroughly enjoyed having the pool and it was very well used!!
Everything that we needed was in the house and a problem with a blogged toliet was sorted out on the day it was reported to Michelle's team. We were very impressed with the service provided.
The file containing directions to attractions was very useful and the location of the house was excellent.

We were hesitant to stay in the populated Orlando area after our condo in the panhandle was damaged by Hurricane Dennis.
This last minute vacation switch had our whole family of 5 on edge but this home made our vacation wonderful. Convenient to all locations but very private on a one acre lot - the pool was fabulous, the house was perfect & had every convenience imaginable down to the pizza cutter we needed!
Definate positive points were the numerous reference books left in the home for points of interest and free phone calls. This house truely spoiled us!
The final comment I'd like to make is to thank Michelle for the immediate response when the air conditioning stopped working. It was 111 degrees with horrid humidity & the air was fixed & running within 2 hours of my intial call to Michelle - not to mention it was a Friday evening at 6pm.
Behlor Realty is a super rental company with unsurpassed customer service. The return emails or phone calls are always prompt and the staff is most courteous.

You can not help but like this house - we are a family of 5 and there were two rooms in the house that we never even used. Good facilities all round, all mod cons,nice secluded pool - neighbours who kept their distance but were there ready to help and being friendly if you needed them. Had great time at 2901, Eldiente Way, Doral Woods. The villa was clean, well equipped and homely. We all loved the pool, especially after a long day at Wallmart!.......I mean the Disney Parks. A highlight was seeing the Space Shuttle take off. AWESOME!
A guest book in the villa would have been useful on our first trip to Florida, with perhaps tips on visiting the parks, recommended restaraunts, etc. Leaflets about the local attractions would have made good reading also.
I'm off to book a relaxing holiday now. Thanks for the help Michelle, will recommend you to friends and family.

Our 3 yr old enjoyed the wading pool while our 14yr old was spoiled in the second master suite. We planned our last day at Animal Kingdom as that park closes early. We did this specifically so we could enjoy the house and barbecue by the pool. The view out the back yard is private and picturesque farmland. The service offered by Behlor Realty is tops. | Me and my family just had our first (and surely not last) Florida/Disney vacation. We were most fortunate to have come across Michelle and Behlor realty while searching for rentals online! We stayed at the house on Cannon Court in The Wilderness. Our stay was wonderful. My children loved the pool and it was so great to come home from Disney during the hottest part of the day and take a dip to cool off before returning to the parks for the evening. The location was very convenient to the parks, restaurants, and shopping. The house was very clean and well kept. The kids, ages 16, 14, 10 and 5 had a blast. When we asked them if they wanted to go to a theme park, their response was a resounding "NO!! We want to stay at the house and swim!" | Stayed at 2901 Eldiente Way, Doral Woods. Beautiful house. 8 people stayed and still room to spare. Although close to main road still quiet and peaceful haven to return to after busy Disney days. Decided not to have pool heated and good decision as it was definitely warm enough. Michelle at Behlor very efficient, helpful and friendly. We were very impressed by service given by Behlor, eg welcome folder, cleanliness and instructions. (Think pillows may need changing as looking "well-used"!) |

we stayd at 2916 Evans Drive. This was a repeat visit (first time was 01/2004). My kids felt more at home in that house than in our own home in NJ. Having more TV's, more bedrooms and a pool in the back certainly contributed to that. Our stay has been more relaxing and fun than any hotel or resort we have ever been. Both the parents and the kids loved it. Our youngest (5 years old and opinionated) asked within 48 hours of our return to snowy NJ when we could go back to "our other home in FL" for another visit ...

| We enjoyed a one week stay at 2927 Elbert Way in Kissimmee December 2004. Searching and booking a property to rent can be odious on the internet, but we found Michelle at Behlor Realty to be helpful, clear and very accommodating, even on short notice booking of two weeks! The property itself was everything that was promised and more. The home is spacious, with a very family-friendly layout accommodating access to the pool directly from both bathrooms in the home. Our kids loved the pool and the family room, with plenty of room for parents to have quiet time in the living room as well. The area was quiet and secluded with a short drive of 20 minutes to civilization and Disney. We found renting a house to be the best way to enjoy a vacation--far better than squishing our family into one or two rooms in a hotel for a week and eating restaurant food! We'd rent again through Behlor realty in the future and thoroughly recommend their properties from our positive experience. |

| We vacationed for the holidays and a family wedding in the area. We used 3 rentals for our family, 2902 Elbert Way, 2900 Evans Way and 2916 Evans Dr in Doral Woods. Needless to say all of the homes were beautiful, well kept and spacious. Spending the holidays away from home with small children it was nice to have such a lovely place to stay that felt like home. With the fully stocked kitchen we were able to make a wonderful family Christmas dinner. Even though the weather didn't cooperate the kids still enjoyed the heated pool and nice neighborhood to rollerblade. All our thanks to Michelle at Behlor for making our vacation wonderful. We will recommend to our friends and will rent again when in the Kissimmee area. |

| We spent a week at 2937 Evans Dr. Doral Woods. Michelle was great and answered all our questions as we had never rented a home before. We will never stay in a resort again as this was the best way to spend a week in Florida. The pool was great and being from NH we found no need to heat it, but were the only people in the neighborhood using the pool as day temps in Sept were in the 80's but cooled at night. So the pool never really warmed up alot. Highly recomend this company. Only 2 problems. The couch was in rough shape as a pull out and Universal is a drive due mostly to traffic and a highway system thats less then user friendly. Perfect weather and a great home made for a wonderful trip. Thank you Michelle. |

| We stayed at 2900 Evans for a few days before moving on to another villa for the rest of our stay and we were just so impressed with the home and the furnishings all of which were spotlessly clean. All eight of us thought the beds were really comfy! which seems like an odd thing to comment on but they were quite outstanding.We used all the amenities at the house, the pool especially was very welcome and was perfect for small children as Jack (age 3) could stand up in the shallow end, the big kids loved it too. The area around the pool was great for relaxing and sunbathing. We were sorry to have to leave to go to the next property and would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a first class quiet base in Orlando. Thanks to Michelle of Behlor realty for all of her organising following the hurricanes to relocate us in both properties when our original booking had to be altered due to storm damage and our having to alter flight dates, we definetly came off with a much better holiday! |

Even with all the problems suffered by Michelle her family and business.
The house was perfect for our stay.
The pool was great to relax in after a long day at the parks.All the facilities in the house make it a home from home for any sized family.We will use Behlor Realty again next time we stay in orlando as the help and assistance we received from Michelle coupled with the lovely house made our stay before Hurricane Frances much easier |

| Hello. We have just returned from a wonderful week in Orlando Florida. We stayed at 2900 Evans Way. The home was perfect and met all of our needs. My husband and I were nervous about using a realtor that we had never met and renting a house we had never seen. Everything was even better than we expected. Michelle was great to work with and she has earned customers for life. We were also nervous about traveling with my extended family. We had three generations represented, 10 people total. The house was just the right size. We never felt on top of each other and we all had an awesome time. We left with memories to last a lifetime. our vacation started back in september 2003 when we decided to take family memebers and ourselves on a vacation to florida. after finding that motel rates and disney resorts were so expensive, a friend advised us to check cyber-rentals on the computer. this is were we located michelle and a rental house on 2400 regent way in st. james park in kissimee. from then on everything started to fall into place. michelle was very nice and knowlegable with everything we needed to know. taking her word on the property that eveything was nice we sent our deposit and payment for our week of 11/21/03 to 11/28/03. on the 21st when we arrived at the house it was better than she had described. we enjoyed our time there and would definately rent again through behlor realty. thanks for making our vacation one of our best. ernie & janis & family

We spent two weeks in 2900 Evans Way, it was spotless, well equipped. The pool and pool seating area was used every day, to chill out after a busy day. We found out that there is a lovely lake and airboat ride quite nearby. If you go onto the main road and turn left, keep going for a few miles and you can't miss it.

Comment Text: After 20 years of being together, my boyfriend and I decided to take our first vacation with our three children; two girls ages 17 and 4 and a boy age 16. My sister also went with her three girls; ages - 16, 14 and 4. We stayed in 2902 Elbert Way home. WELL...we had a blast in the home and the parks!! Our only regret is that we didn't have much time to enjoy the pool or the fenced in fort (all day at the parks - until closing time and too tired at the end of the day. Plus, more parks to visit the next day, etc.). Anyway, the kids were very excited at the sight of the spacious and BEAUTIFUL house and the pool. My little one did not want to leave at the end of our vacation. All the way home she kept repeating "why do we have to leave "our" new house?". So we have decided we will try to come back for a longer period of time. In that way we can enjoy more not only the parks but also the home. Thank you, Michelle, for all your help in chosing such an "off the hook" house (as my teenagers put it :) Will definetely contact you again on our next trip. THANKS!!!

A dream?. That's what the vacation was like. This was our first trip since
my husband and I were married. The tranquility of the location and the
comfort of the home we stayed in, awed our three daughters. Their first
words stepping into the home were "you're the best mom ever" as they ran
from bedroom to bedroom to bathroom and to the pool. That made my holiday.
They loved the wild life that surrounded the area and had a great time
chasing and catching the frogs and LIZARDS, even a cat came to visit and
stay a while. Everyone was impressed with the house and the location. It
wasn't far from the main strip where all the activity was and it wasn't far
from the parks or the markets. Behlor Realty, inc. vacation homes took
care of everything for us. A special thanks to Michelle and to Dave. I
must mention that we had a problem with the water the evening of our first
night and I called the number they left in the convenient binder, this
binder contained information about the area, the amenities, etc., and Dave
answered. This was Saturday night at 9:00 p.m. and he said that he would
have someone over in the morning to take a look and have it fixed. Sure
enough by 11:00 a.m. Sunday morning a pleasant plumber attended and fixed
the problem. I must say that my husband was very impressed with the
service and the mannerism of the plumber and with Dave. Again the
Colacitti Family of the City of Toronto, Canada would like to say THANK YOU
and we will see you again next year. |

The house has a good location, peaceful and very clean. The distance to all Orlando attractions is about 15 – 20 min driving and to a near Publix was about 8 min. I was very satisfy with the house. The 2 inconveniences that I found were the grill did not have gas and the house was rented as totally fenced, but there was an area of about 5 ft. that was open to the street. Other than that, the overall experience was very good. If I have to rent a house in Orlando I would try to get this house again.

I am glad you had a good time. Just for any future guests information, there are NO charges for using a BBq grill. You are either lucky and find gas in the tank, or can follow the instructions found in the property to show you where to re chrage the gas locally - a cost os $12 - We have found this preferable to charging for the grills.
The fence is not complete as Fire and safety code requires access for an emergency - just in case a truck is needed at the rear of the property.

| We had planned a big family reunion for my husbands birthday. We had family coming in from all over the US and overseas. We were very, very reluctant to try a rental company from the net whom we did not know. Our worries were all for nothing. We stayed in the house on Elbert Way and were more than pleased. The house was 'well appointed'. We appreciated the separate living and family rooms which allowed everyone a little space when part of the family wanted to watch a sporting event and the others didn't. Everything was as advertised and we will not hesitate to contact Michelle again four ourselves or refer any of our friends to them. Thanks for a memorable vacation! |

After speaking with Michelle which must have seemed about 100 times, she never hesitated to answer any questions or give me any reassurance about my choice. My favorite thing about the home is the french doors in the master bedroom leading into the screened in pool. The neighborhood is quiet and my children have made friends here that they visit year after year. This year I had my girlfriend and her family call Behlor and they too stayed in Doral Woods (2901 Evans Way). They too loved it, especially after a long day at Disney, they had a nice place to unwind. Contact Behlor Realty, you won't be disappointed. All of our expectations were met or exceeded. The home was very clean, nicely decorated and in a great location. The price was outstanding.
Behlor Realty also exceeded all expectations. Arrival times had to be adjusted to a blizzard and flight cancellations. Behlor was very accommodating. They consistently went out of their way to see that our needs were met in the easiest ways possible.

I was so happy when we arrived and the house was lovely. We went with another couple and rented the 4 bedroom at 4651 Prairie Point Blvd. The way the house is laid out, it was like we each had our own private area in the house. The first one was located at 2926 Evans Dr., and the second was at 2922 Evans Dr. We liked the fact that even though we were close enough to the parks, it was very nice to come back to the peace and quiet of Doral Woods. We also liked the fact that after arriving we could go directly to the house, and not to an agency to pick up our keys. Michelle was great about making the process so easy.
