| I stayed at this home from August 21-October 10th, 2008. Just a block from Whole Food's Ideal Market and a mini strip mall with various shops, it is nestled in the perfect location to experience Boulder via car, foot, or bike. The house is comforatable and nicely-furnished and the backyard patio is a quiet place to gather your thoughts. The neighbors are even great. I cannot speak highly enough of this place! |

I love staying here! It's in an ideal location. You can easily walk downtown. Just a block or two away you can find a great restaurant/pub, grocery store, coffeehouse, bike shop, running shop, other places to eat, and more. I like to walk a half block to the mall, get something to eat and sit outside at the tables that are in front of many of the establishments. I people watch and enjoy the view of the foothills.
One of my favorite things about her house is the light that comes in during the day through the living room windows. It enhances the warm comfortable feeling of the house. There is a field (instead of a row of houses) across the street and the back yard has depth, which gives a sense of openness and green when you look out the front windows or out the doors that open onto the deck.
The kitchen is very attractive with quality appliances. The laundry and a desk/work area area are conveniently located just off the kitchen. I slept comfortably when I stayed here. I wish I could visit more often! |

| We have stayed at this home many times during our visits to Boulder. One couldn´t ask for a better location, especially if relying on public transportation (but if you have a car, there is a off-street parking in a carport). There are plenty of good dining choices within a few minutes´walk, and the Mt. Sanitas hiking trails are easily accessed just to the west. The house itself is very comfortable with plenty of charm. It truly is the best of both worlds: being close to shopping and restaurants, while being absolutely peaceful and quiet in the evenings. Enjoy! |
