| I'm a native born Seattleite and often take this beautiful place for granted as a result. But a weekend at Nancie's vacation home reminded me of the stunning city I live in! Drop dead gorgeous views, a lush and beautiful garden, an amazing kitchen to cook dinner made up of local ingredients gathered at the Pike Place market a short bus ride away...it just doesn't get much better! Can't recommend enough! |

| 902 w lee st.....FABULOUS. The home, the accomodations, the commercial stove and sink, the breathtaking view, the location, and the Nancie touches made our stay memorable and enchanting. A definite must see and experience while in Seattle! Thank you, Nancie!!! |

| Nancie, you have been wonderful to my family and friends. We had to rent this house because of out of town guests for a family member's funeral and Nancie was nothing but hospitable. I will definitely recommend others to stay here for a quick get-away from the daily grind. You were absolutely accomodating. We all appreciated that so much! Your home was beautiful and I loved the decor AND we loved the deck with the view!!! |

| What a fabulous house! We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days here and would have loved to have stayed longer. The location is a perfect mix of urban/close to city and quiet neighborhood and the views are outstanding. With a beautifully renovated and appointed house like this, Nancie's lucky we had reasons to head home. Thanks for making it available to us! We hope to come back. |

| We had an incredible time! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay in your amazing home! The views were breathtaking (we had great weather)and the location was perfect. Especially with the downtown bus stop just down the street. We have used VRBO several times and your home is one of our favorites! | My daughter found this home online and wanted to go to Seattle when she graduated 9th grade! I made the reservation with Nancie and we Loved the home from the time we got there until we left! Everything was a positive except for one thing! It didn't rain when we were there and actually got into the 8o's! The house needs celing fans or at least screens in the windows for those hot days! We loved the house and hope to go back again this fall! Thanks Nancie! |

We don't really have flying bugs in Seattle, so screens are not very common. With wide-opening windows and doors on all sides of the house, fresh off the Pacific is our "air conditioning" of choice. Thanks Garth and Annie!

It's always great to have your expectations
exceeded, and that's exactly what the owner and
this lovely house did for us. This was more than
enjoyable stay that was comfortable, inviting,
convenient, lovely and conducive to entertaining.
The pictures don't do it justice, as this house truly
is a gem. The owner was very gracious and
attentive towards making our stay enjoyable. The
best moments of our Seattle visit included use of
that fabulous kitchen to prep drinks and gourmet
appetizers for enjoyment on the deck or front room
with the fabulous views of Elliot Bay. |

So comfortable. So convenient. So close to
everything. We also did lots of nights at home to
enjoy the patio for supper and the delightful
kitchen. Name it, Nancie has it. The bus stop at the
end of the block is a treat for traveling into
downtown and forgetting about your car!
Beautiful neighborhood, beautiful views.
Who stays in stuffy hotels anymore!
With kids and a dog.. we were more than at home!

| This place is fabulous. We had relatives from Chicago and Wisconsin who were absolutely blown away by the views and the ambiance of this lovely home. We ate dinner here every night mostly because it was such a warm environment, perfect for a visit with family. Queen Anne neighborhood is also worth a walk, filled with beautiful Seattle homes. Nancie was a great hostess and had good ideas for sites to see and things to do. Highly recommend this home. |

| This was an amazing house! The pictures just don't do it justice. This was the first time we rented a house like this and I don't think I'll ever stay in a hotel again. The views were breathtaking and the decor was absolutely beautiful. On a scale of 1-10 it was a 10! |

My husband and I stayed here last week along with my parents. The house is amazing! I can't say enough about the views and the details. The owner had a book about the house and the area which was really helpful too. We even cooked and hosted a dinner party for 8 one night. We will definitely look to stay at this house first when visiting Seattle!
Also, the house is walking distance to shops, groceries and restaurants. Try the 5 Spot for breakfast...

| Wonderful home. We were planning on some fine dining while in Seattle, but after seeing the kitchen decided that evenings of cooking were even better. Views of water from almost all windows. Beautiful craftsman style details yet completely remodeled. All the luxuries of a hotel suite with conveniences of home. We felt lucky to stay here. |

| A perfect place to stay. Close to downtown & cute neighborhood. The house is large, extremely comfortable, and beautifully finished with lots of amenities - nothing like a normal vacation rental. No reason to stay in a hotel when you can stay here instead. |

| We rented this wonderful house for the week of our son's wedding in Seattle --perfect. We had the comfort of an elegant home -- we entertained on the gorgeous deck with incredible views-- and all for much less than anything close would have cost. This is a gem for those needing room, comfort, beauty, convenience and a great view. Highly recommended. |
