Hi Sara,
Just wanted to let you know we enjoyed our time at the vacation house. It was great!! The house was very comfortable, and had enough room for all 8 of us. The kitchen was great- we had a couple extended family gatherings, and had plenty of dishes, wine glasses, etc.
We loved the location, and brought our bikes to roam around the area.
The girls used the inflatable bed, and had quite a laugh! It was enormous, and stood about 3 foot high (was very comfortable).
If you are renting the house again next year, please let us know.
Thanks for all the little details that you thought of in your house.

| Wow! What a great time we had at this meticulously maintained house in Newburyport. This is NOT a beach house, but more of an experience in small-city living, as you can walk everywhere. The unit is spacious and nicely decorated. |

We had a fabulous time in Newburyport and much of that can be attributed to this great rental we stayed in. The house itself is beautiful and charming. We were truly able to feel as if this was our home away from home.
Everything was new, updated and decorated in very good taste.
The location is terrific. We parked our car for the whole vacation and walked everywhere: to restaurants, the waterfront, downtown, through the historic sections of town.
We certainly will come back and stay here again. Two thumbs up...way up! |

This is a beautiful old, historic house that has been tastefully modernized, without sacrificing its character.
It is in a wonderful location and is a good center for exploration further afield. |
