| Lovely roomy studio in a great NW Portland location. Ann is easy to deal with and prompt returning our deposit. She thought of everything for optimum comfort. High end furnishings with all desired amenities. Thank you Ann, your studio is a cut above! |

We were completely charmed by the studio and its
comforts. The bed is as luxurious as any high end
hotel and the bath towels match the feeling. The
owners' thoughtfulness was evident w/the extra
touches like toiletries and coffee/tea available. The
rest of the building is a treat to admire and the
location just steps from the Pearl District, Nob Hill
and public transportation made for an easy and
relaxing stay. Highly recommend it!!! |

| We live right here in Portland but wanted a short get-a-way with no driving involved. The Everett Street Studio was just perfect. We walked all around the Northwest, checked out a few happy hours and then came back and had a luxurious night's sleep. The bed is so comfortable. Everything is really clean and there are so many nice touches. Thanks Ann and Jason. Would do it again in a heartbeat! |

| We stayed here for a week and it was a great little home away from home! The location is fabulous if you want to park your car and walk the streets of Portland. The condo was spotless and quiet. We would definitely stay here again. |
