It was a great time and the cabin was even better than expected. We had a lot of fun canoeing and kayaking on the very peaceful lake. Great fire pit to sit around and roast marshmallows. The deck was the best part - we loved to sit and relax. I think the dogs may have had even more fun. They were pooped! My dog Bridger grew pretty fond of Lupe (the dog down a couple houses). We really enjoyed ourselves and the house was stocked with everything you could think of from blender to electric griddle to BBQ.

Comment Text: PROS: Fabulous! You want to live there. Enjoyed everything...swimming, hiking, easy travel (1.5hr to Glacier Park with a stop at Big Fork(lots of artists and galleries.) Golfing at Seeley Lake (about 30 min drive) The nights are cool...family time around the fire pit and just let the evening pass...clear sky with all the stars you can't see from the city...saw many satellites pass over...the cabin is very comfortable with plenty of room...could go on and on... had a great, relaxing time... many opportunities to practice your photography - deer in the yard in early morning and evening CONS: cell phone reception is spotty, no traffic noise, your neighbor is more than 10 ft away, people are always smiling, birds and squirrels are always around, you feel like going for a walk, then taking a nap ... did I say CONS? Can’t really think of any.

What a spectacular setting! Nestled on a private lake at the foot of the Swan Mountains. Very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of wildlife. Recreation opportunities for snowmobiling in winter, hiking and boating at nearly Lindberg Lake in summer. No motor boats allowed on Cygnet Lake means peace and quiet but bring your canoe!

We love this place!! Montana magic in a gorgeous tranquil setting. Cygnet Lake is just the right size for an evening canoe voyage as the sun sets on the Mission Range. There are only a handful of cabins on this lake and teh few that are there when we have been there are more like neighbors and friends rather than strangers competing for your peace and quiet. Fires by the lake around the big ol' firepit and a game of haunted charades are a favorite. Everyone goes for a dip in the summer months and between diving contests and marathon bobbing it is hard to dry off. Great place and close to all kinds of adventure and scenery that will knock your socks off and put em in the drawer.

Summertime was great with swimming off the dock, canoe and kayak, evening campfires. Very peaceful and relaxing. Lots of hiking trails, wildlife, great scenery, boating nearby at Lindberg or Holland lakes. Cabin has 3 queen beds and 2 twins in loft, very adequate. Nice just sitting on the deck, soaking up the sun, and reading a book.
