| I stayed in this home and would gladly do it again. As they say location location location! This property is in a prime area of the Gulf Coast near shopping, golf, fishing and restaurants. It's a short drive to the airport. The house is set up to accomodate many people. We had two families of four with guests and did not feel crowded at all. A Great vacation spot. |

| I stayed at Mr. Sharkey's house about a year and a half ago (July 2007) for 10 days and had a very enjoyable holiday. The house is big and very comfortable and looks out on the little lake just behind the back yard. The fishing was great! My friends and I caught enough fish to have some wonderful outdoor B-B-Q dinners. The swimming pool is small, but just right for the kids. The house is on a cul-de-sac so the area was very quiet and relaxing. We were a short walk to coffee houses and convenience stores and there are some excellent restaurants a short drive away. It's easy to get to Tampa Bay and Clearwater and get back for a beautiful evening on the back patio under the stars. We all enjoyed the comforts of the house and neighborhood. The golf courses nearby were a pleasure to play on, and very affordable. All in all, we had an excellent time at Mr. Sharkey's house and would recommend it to anyone. There is something for everyone there. |

I had the pleasure of staying at this house three times. It was so relaxing and comfortable. You can fish from the backyard and it is close to gorgeous beaches. |
