| The location of Carey Cottage is perfect. Loved the screened porch. Master suite is VERY nice. Wish there was more space in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again. |

| Had a great time, the house accomodated two couples and two children very well. There was only one bike but the rental company reimbursed us for a rental. Would recommend based on the service we received. |

We loved Carey Cottage. It was the perfect size for
our family of four. We had an extra bedroom that we
didn't use except as storage. The screened-in porch
was perfect, we sat on it to eat all of our meals. It was
a very easy walk to a beautiful beach. We would
definitely rent it again. |

| We had a wonderful week at Carey Cottage with our college age sons. It was so relaxing for all of us and the short distance to the beach was perfect. We enjoyed our mornings on the porch drinking coffee and reading. Can't wait to go back!! |

| What a lovely place to visit. Your cottage makes it all enjoyable. Its peaceful, within easy walking distance of beach, town, and food. Spent hours drifting in the hammack after endless days on the beach. The furnishing are so appealing with every need anticipated. Can't wait to return. |

| We have stayed in a number of Seaside cottages over a 12 year period and stayed in Carey Cottage twice. Loved being in the original section of town and close to the beach. The cottage was the perfect size for our family of 4 and had everything we needed - especially enjoyed the screened porch and cute decor. We are overdue for a return visit! |

| We have stayed at the Carey Cottage several times over the past 10 years and had a great time every time. Long walks on the beach, relaxing in the mammoc with a book, swimming, and lots of great seafood restaurants within 10-15 minutes drive. |

| Carey Cottage: We've had so many memorial visits in the Carey Cottage in Seaside, Fla! First, it is just steps away from the beach, but far enough away from 30A that the car noise is not a bother at all! You will find yourself tucked inside a charming home, fully equipped for your every need, while on vacation. The newly rennovated kitchen is just the right size for serving a family or a crowd; you can dine inside or outside, on the screened in porch, accessible from the kitchen and from the family room. A "must to have" in Seaside, the screened in porch is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and a good book, at any time of the day. This cottage has a huge master bedroom, and bathroom, so that you can have the entire top floor to yourself. There is a private balcony off of the master bedroom, through French doors. The 2 bedrooms on the main level can sleep up to 5 people comfortably; they share a bathroom that has a bathtub/shower combo. The house also has an enclosed outside shower, tucked in the back for privacy. Carey Cottage is also located close to the Adult and Family Pool, and work-out center, only 1 block away. At Carey Cottage, you are convenient to everything that Seaside has to offer...but shhh...it's a secret to those of us who love staying in the Carey Cottage, because it is "off the beaten track", but close enough to the center of town to pick up fresh baked muffins at the Modica Market, and enjoy them, still warm, on the screened in porch. Stay there once, and you will always want to go back again! |

We had a great time staying at Carey Cottage, celebrating my husband's 65th birthday! The cottage was most comfortable!!! It was easy to find things. Neat and tidy. Walking to the beach or town was easy. We loved our week in Seaside, in particular Carey Cottage.
Sea Side is very well located to places in the Pan Handle. Great for day trips. |

The 'Seaside Experience' is quite difficult to articulate as it truly requires a visit over a period of several days to appreciate. Carey Cottage is a perfect place to build your own memories in a lovely home with accessibility to all that Seaside has to offer."

| We loved being able to walk to the beach quickly and Seaside, which was a short two blocks away. This cottage was very comfortable and accommodating for 5 adults. And the hammock and porch were a definite plus that made for a great way to relax and enjoy drinks any time of the day! |
