| What a wonderful place for a family vacation. Working directly with the owner (Gus is an amazing person) rather than the hotel made our trip not only seamless, but less expensive as well. There is not enough room to express all of the positives of this unit and hotel.... |

| My husband and I stayed here for three days in July 2009 almost as a second honeymoon. The room was very nice. The pictures are right on and it is as beautiful as you see in all the pictures posted. The staff were very accomodating at the resort and Gus was very nice and easy to work with. We decided to take the BCT (county bus) to several near by locations (to avoid the enormous $24/day mandatory valet charge at the resort)and we also occasionally took a taxi if we didn't feel like waiting on the bus. I recommend the bus only if you have tremendous patience! We do not ride the bus at home, so it was an experience we will not forget. All in all, it really was beautiful down there and I can't wait to stay there again! |

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed your Pelican Grand unit. It was in top shape and comfortable and suited us perfectly. Everyone at the resort was very friendly and accommodating. As much as I grumbled about the “forced” valet parking, I must confess, I kinda liked it.
If (when) we have the opportunity to stay in Fort Lauderdale in the future, you will definitely be at the top of my call list. |

| My three girlfriends and I stayed at the Pelican Grand in May 2009 and had a blast. The unit was much larger than expected...two king size beds in one room and a pullout loveseat and a sofa in the living area, which looked over the ocean. Beautiful view and great beach. The staff was incredible also. Everything was a convenient cab ride away. The unit owner had great communication and made it an easy transaction. Would definitely stay here again. |
