I lived in this apartment for the past three months and would highly recommend it. The building is very centrally located and there are several nice restaurants and boutiques within walking distance. The amenities and service are by far the best that I have experienced in corporate housing. The landlord went out of his way to make sure that I had everything I needed to be comfortable during my stay, including providing a few extra items for the kitchen. The den easily doubles as both a guest room and work space. The view from the balcony was amazing.

I have spent the last 4 months living in this unit.
The views are incredible. The property is very accessible from either 95 or in-town. Miami and Ft.
Lauderdale airports are convenient as well. South
Beach is a 15 min. drive. Publix, CVS, Wachovia
Bank and Mary Brickell Village (several restaurants)
are all walking distance. I would highly recommend
this unit and landlord.
