| We stayed the week of Oct. 10-Oct.17. The place was beautiful. We arrived a little early and yet we found the place available and cleaned. The condo is well maintained and has everything you need to make yourself at home.George was so nice to work with. He even called to make sure that everything was going well. I would definetly recommend this condo, it is everything that it is described to be. the parking garage is a little tight so watch out. but the grounds are beautiful and we loved the rocking chairs on the porch over looking the ocean, and the keyless entry made our stay so much easier than keeping up with room keys. thanks again. |

| We stayed in this condo in September 2009. We loved the condo...it was exactly as described. The keyless entry is wonderful. The owner was great to deal with and was very quick to respond to any inquiries. We will definitely stay here again! |

| We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Myrtle Beach this past August (09) and largley because of this wonderful condo at Island Vista!!! Upon arriving I knew that we were going to love it. Beautifully and tastefully decorated, looking like brand new, we had more room than we needed, convenient parking on the same floor (made unpacking and packing SO much easier) and a great view of the ocean. And I'd personlly like to thank our host for being so helpful to us in our arrangements. We plan on coming back to rent this unit in the future for sure! LOVED IT!!!...no complaints! |

| This was our family's second consecutive year at Island Vista Resort. We really enjoyed staying at suite #507 which is on the 5th floor. Parking in the garage on the 5th level makes it convenient for unloading and is also a few steps away from the elevators. Nice and easy.The unit is decorated beautifully, very clean and has all the comforts of home. The keyless entry is awesome, no reason to carry keys to the beach. The landlord is concerned with your stay and phoned us twice to make sure everything was OK. Will definitely stay there again when traveling to Myrtle Beach. |

We stayed 2 weeks ( june 27th- july 11th, 09 ) at
the Island Vista with our 3 boys ( 9,11 and 14 ) and
we truly enjoyed our stay and the impeccable and
fully furnished and comfortable unit. We loved it
with the master bedroom facing the ocean and to
be able to see the waves when we woke up. We
truly enjoyed the practicality of the same level
parking and keyless entry. The boys loved the
sunless grotto pool with their basketball daily
matches. The owner George is a breeze to deal
with, always concerned to our every needs and
requests. We would definitly go back and stay at
this condo in Myrtle Beach, SC. |

| We stayed in condo the week of June 13-20, 2009. Had a great time. The condo is 5th floor, center of building. You can park on level 5 and walk straight to condo, which is great for unloading, etc. Condo linens and towels are very nice, and has great electronics. Wireless connection gets slow when lots of folks are using it. Be sure and partake in the Island Vista poolside buffet. For the money, it was great. Go down early and get a shady spot on the tanning lawn! If you eat out often, get ready to spend some big bucks! Have fun, and thanks for letting us share the condo last week! |

| We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and the balcony ocean view was wonderful. The furnishings and amenities were all in excellent condition, looking brand new. We liked the fact that the beach is less crowded here because it's next to private homes and not surrounded by hotels. I would highly recommend this condo and will stay here again when returning to Myrtle Beach. |

| We stayed in this condo in June 2009. Our family loved every part of it. We thought that the owners were PERFECT and we had no unexpected surprises. The condo was exactly like they described and maybe even better. We loved the key pad on the door as we didn't have to keep up with a key while enjoying the many pools. Our children loved all of the pools and the location of the condo was perfect in regards to others in Myrtle Beach. The staff at the condo was all friendly and nice and the pools were cleaned daily. Parking was a little cramped at times but we never really had a problem. Overall the expeirence was great and the owner of the condo was very prompt in responding to us on all inquiries. Great condo and great experience. We will definitely be returning to this resort and especially this specific condo. |

I stayed at the Island Vista in May of 2008 and had a great experience. The condo is gorgeous; you can look out the window right at the beach. All of the amenities within the resort were fantastic. We had a great time in the pools/hot tubs and enjoyed the restaurant and Tiki-Bar located directly downstairs. The condo was very private; you are able to park right down the hall and walk directly to your door with luggage. We also really enjoyed the location of the Island Vista... It is very centrally located to the nicer areas of Myrtle Beach.
We will certainly be staying in this condo again... the intreior rooms are very spacious, including a full kitchen as well as laundry, 2 large bathrooms, etc. The beach is directly out the window of the master bedroom and living room balcony. You can literally hear the ocean waves from inside the Suite.
NO Complaints... Awesome vacation rental!! |

| This was our family's first trip to Myrtle Beach. The Island Vista is beautiful. Your unit was awesome, very clean, and had everything we could ever need. Great pools and literally, right on the beach! We will definitely be contacting you to go back! |
