| This accomodation is exactly as it promises. And, looking at the photos, I am already missing my new favorite 'home away from home' -- a lovely, peaceful studio situated far enough away from touristy hustle and bustle, but close enough that you have access to all of this if you want it. A short walk down to Pinot Island ferry and brief trip across the bay makes for a very enjoyable full or part day excursion. The short hike over to Orient Bay beach offers all the festive tourist options, beach bars/clubs, sports, island dancing, shopping, restaurants, or just a good relaxing day in the sun. But most importantly, your very gracious hosts will see to your needs and comfort (without being intrusive), making you feel so welcome that St Maarten feels more like home, than a vacation destination.
