| What a wonderful, quaint little place! Ideally located for exploring Rome and enjoying great meals and all the good stuff that Rome has to offer. We visited the restaurant across the court and were pleasantly surprised by the "you eat what we serve" service and the wonderful people. Only caution, if you are jet lagged..bring ear plugs! Thank you for your great hospitality Sergio! |

| This apartment is the absolute perfect location for exploring Rome. There are two bus stops within five minutes walking distance, not to mention the Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Restaurants in the area are plentiful and yummy, and the shop just down the street was great for my morning pastry. Street noise was practically non-existent after about 10 until at least 7, and the area was very native and safe. I loved it, and would definitely stay here again if I return to Rome. I can't imagine a more perfect location for exploring Rome. Grazie tanto, Sr. Bellelli! |

We stayed here over the 2008 Christmas holidays. Simply put, you couldn't ask for a better location to have a "home" in the middle of Rome.
We walked to nearly all the major sights and when our feet got worn out at the end of the week the public transportation options are easy and close. The area is full of restaurants and bars, a supermarket and ATM are right around the corner, Internet access is just a block away, and the area is pretty quiet for a city such as Rome.
The owner's reponse to our reservation request and management of the deposit process was outstanding with great email communication throughout. He met us right on time at the apartment for our arrival.
We were happy with this choice - great value and a much more enjoyable experience than checking into a hotel! |

My girlfriend and I stayed in this flatlet for a week in May 2008. It is very small, as the description and other guests have said. The location is great, however, and we would absolutely stay there again. The apartment was clean and stocked with a kitchenette and some spices and olive oil etc. that past guests (I assume) left.
Mr. Bellelli is professional and contacted us with little delay via email.
We were able to walk all over Rome from the apartment. There are a few bus stops close by, as well, which we used occasionally since we wore ourselves out with all the walking. There's a grocery store around the corner and an awesome restaurant in the Largo del Pallaro, where the apartment is located. We paid 23 Euro each and they served us a 4 course meal of whatever they happened to be serving that night. It was great, especially if you want to try new foods and don't ever know what to order. The daily market in the campo dei fiori is really close by, though it's on the expensive side. This is also the area where the nightclubs and bars and partyers go, if you're into that sort of thing. There weren't any drunk people being loud in the street in front of the apartment, however, so that wasn't a concern.
You can't really beat this place because of the great price and excellent location. We had a great time!

My girlfriend and I had five great days at this cozy flat in April 2008. We considered larger spaces but this worked like a charm. The flat was fairly clean and in an ok shape, which is acceptable as we didn't spend much time there anyway. We had no problems with booking, keys or payment. The owner was quick to respond and helpful. |

| I spent a couple weeks in this apt. with my husband and daughter in July 2003. It is perfect for every reason. Affordability, convenience, just the fact it is so centralized, to everything you need.I just happen to be on Mr. Bellelli's web site and saw the apt. I had a great time. I'm sure you will too. Enjoy, Sincerely, Anna Addiego |

| The apartment is tiny, but we had a wonderful time, and the air conditioning was great! Everything is walking distance from the apartment, and the best Gelato we found in all of Italy is just around the corner on the main road (ParadICE). We recommend the apartmetn and would stay there again. |

| Stayed 6 nights at Via de Chiavari. While apartment is small, it is bigger than a hotel room! A fantastic location! You can literally walk to everything and WE DID! Took the bus home at the end of the day. It has a small kitchenette with frige, very convenient. The owner is easy to work with and contacts you immediately with e-mail. You can walk to Campo di Fiori in 3 minutes! Where can you stay in Roma for 70 euro a night with these amenities...no where! The unit is clean and comfortable.Their is an internet store right around the corner, a family run pizza shop on Chiavari that is awesome, order pizza margheria they cut off a slab and charge by the kilogram. We threw 2 coins in Trevi Fontana so we will return to Rome and stay here again! |

| Roma is definitely a walking city, and this apartment, although tiny, was in the most advantageous position to experience the sites. While in the evening, Campo de Fiori is the place to be; only a couple of minutes walk from via dei Chiavari. |
