We were thrilled to stay in your rental apartment on Derech Ha-Rakevet this past June. The unit is in a perfect location for us in our favorite part of Jerusalem, convenient to transportation, restaurants, shopping and the spectacular sites of Jerusalem. It has all the wonderful conveniences of home, is open and airy and beautifully appointed in a style that reflects the owners' unique tastes and the style of the area. We've stayed in a number of places in the area as renters (and as houseguests), and this was superb. We're delighted to know there are ongoing improvements to the neighborhood we love so much!

We recently enjoyed a 9 day stay at 34 Harakevet #10. The apartment is a recently renovated 3 bedroom, two bathroom unit, one floor walk-up with an elevator. The location is superb! It is on a quiet side street only steps away from Emek Refaim where excellent restaurants, shops and groceries are very short walk away. A gated parking lot with plenty of spaces in front of the building was a huge convenience for renting a car in Jerusalem. The apartment has a perfect floor plan and is comfortably furnished and decorated throughout. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped. We prepared dinner for 10 as though we were in our own kitchen. All of our guests were more than impressed with the quality and location of this apartment. The owners, Andi and David, were always available and truly put forth all effort to make this a "home away from home". Without hesitation, we would stay here again and do not miss the Jerusalem hotel scene.

My name is Sandy Starkman and I rented the apartment on Rakevet, 34/10, from Andi and David Arnovitz for a month, Feb 12-March 14, 2009. I had a good feeling about the rental even through our email conversations, the encounter our son living in Jerusalem had when he toured the apartment under construction, and with the rental agreement dialogue as well. I arrived to both Andi and David greeting me and they have been most warm and welcoming since. They have fixed a few things in the apartment almost immediately; I am the first renter and so there is always a punch list to finish and it happened to be very small, and not a problem for me. The apartment is well appointed with Andi's art, is very homey feeling in all the right ways, and the kosher kitchen is very well equipped for a rental. It also has a table to seat 10 and an extra table and a total of 12 chairs. Great for hosting shabbat meals for family and friends, and mid week get togethers as well, which we just did for 9. It was very comfortable and our guests were most impressed with the apartment as well. Lots of storage space and lots of light, too( blackout shades or almost are on the windows, so that isn't a problem). Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions, I just hope you don't want to rent the same time we want to return again!! Its a great place, and this is my 5th rental here in the area!!
