Very charming. Renovation is beautiful, a lot of the old
building charm as well as modern outfitting. The host
is very helpful and accommodating. Location could not
be better. Close to museums and great restaurants. A
little noisy, but I think that is more Barcelona rather
than the fault of this unit. |

| We spent 4 nights at the apartment during Thanksgiving week-end and it was an amazing time. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, with everything you can imagine to make you feel at home. You live the history and elegance in every corner of the apartment while using the state of the art appliances. We were 4 adults +1 child and the apartment was more than enough size for us. The neighborhood is wonderful with just about everything you might need for a true Barcelona experience. The apartment is located within walking distance to many Gothic Quarter attractions, restaurants and Las Ramblas. Metro is only a few blocks away, giving you easy access to the city. We have the fondest memories and dream of coming back to stay here again. Thanks to the owners (Victor and his Father) who made everything so easy for us with their excellent English. |

| My husband and I just returned from 4 fabulous nights at this apartment. We traveled to Barcelona and found this apartment to be perfect for all of our needs while visiting the city. The location was perfect and very centrally located. Taking the metro around town was very easy to navigate and safe. We felt comfortable walking everywhere and enjoyed how quiet our street got at night time. Restaurants, cafes and shops are within a close proximity. The amenities within the apartment were great. The owners left us a bottle of wine, a bottle of water and fruit - a very nice touch. This apartment was newly renovated with cool modern features while keeping some old classic touches as well. Victor and Miguel did everything possible to ensure we had a great stay. We will be back to visit, for sure! |

| A great apartment in a great location that has been renovated with taste and care and with unique architectural touches (the pictures give you a good idea). The owner was extremely kind, helpful and gracious. The location was perfectly central without being overrun. I would highly recommend this to anyone heading to Barcelona, especially for a family or two couples (although one bedroom is smaller than the other). I have to say I really loved it and hope to go back. |

Our stay in this apartment was wonderful. The beautiful decor, luxury amenities and location made it the perfect home base to relax and rest after each hectic day during our four night stay in Barcelona. We were virtually steps away to everything we wanted to see or do and we had quick access to taxi to explore beyond the city center. Victor and his parents were an absolute pleasure to do business with. The only negative to note is that the entrance and stairway to the apartment was not consistent with the look and cleanliness of this beautiful suite. We would definitely return!

What a gorgeous apartment! Three of us spent
three days in Barcelona and this apartment was
perfect. It's well located with easy access to
transportation, cabs, etc. - but also right in the
Gothic Quarter. Step outside your door and you're
in the middle of everything. Inside, the apartment
is an oasis of calm. The architecture is beautiful
and the entire place has been updated with all the
modern conveniences. And the shower cube - it's
something to be experienced! When (not if) we
make it back to Barcelona, we'll be staying here

| We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was very good and walking distance to many famous spots in Barcelona. Very close to the Metro too! We enjoyed the ultra modern kitchen and appliances, the cozy bedrooms, and the pleasant outdoor patio. I highly recommend this wonderful place and will surely come back when I'm in Barcelona again! |

We really enjoyed this property. The place is very well suited for families with little kids, we stayed here with two kids - 3 and 4 years old. It is well equipped, nicely decorated and have lots of extra stuff that family would need. We found that it was really easy to deal with the owners.
Overall the place is very convenient for world travelers. We traveled light with minimal luggage and found that the place has everything we needed to recharge, clean up and calmly enjoy our stay.
We recommend this place to others.

It's difficult to put into words -- especially ones that haven't been used in previous comments -- how very special this apartment is. Beyond the fabulous location, the exquisite decorating style, the quality fixtures and bedding and the funky patio, there is just a very positive vibe to this lovely place. We truly felt at home and extraordinarily comfortable in the flat, and couldn't have endured the lovely Barcelona heat without refreshing late afternoon sojourns in the fabulously designed bedroom shower.
No comment on the flat would be complete without special mention of Victor's wonderful father. We've used VRBO many times in the past few years, but we have yet to meet a more charming, knowledgeable and caring host. His orientation session upon our arrival was the basis of most of our sightseeing and restaurant choices, and we couldn't have been more pleased with his suggestions.
We will most definately rebook this gorgeous place upon our return to Barcelona! |

I can highly recommend this property. Our group of 4 was enamoured with this apartment-it was not only beautiful but also had all the amenities one could hope for in a vacation rental (and then some). The location is superb, the decor is impeccable, the price more than reasonable, and the landlord could not be kinder or more helpful.
Our friends rented an apartment nearby for about the same price and they were floored when they saw ours-they could not believe the difference.
Let me warn you, however, that you're sure to run into one small problem-you'll find it difficult to leave this place and go back home! If I'm ever fortunate enough to return to Barcelona I will plan my vacation around the availability of this apartment-I refuse to stay elsewhere!

| This is just an extraordinary property. It is a perfect combination of the historic and the modern, like Barcelona itself. So much attention has been paid to each detail of the remodel. The appliances are the best I have ever seen in any of the many rentals in which I have stayed,from the induction stove to the wine cooler. The beds were so good, you almost do not want to get up, and the remote control a/c worked very well. The location is great,allowing easy access to the entire city.Best of all, are Victor and his wonderful parents who greeted us, gave us a history of the city and the apartment and walked us around the neighborhood. We loved Barcelona, and loved this apartment. |

This is a fantastic apartment in the best possible location. It’s very close to everything but not crowded with tourists like some areas. Furnished with high end modern appliances, stylish furniture, comfortable bedding and ice cold a/c, Victor’s place really exceeded our expectations .
We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Barcelona.
Highly recommended!!

| What a gorgeous and unique apartment! The location near the edge of the gothic quarter is fantastic. The neighborhood is charming and major sites, such as the Cathedral and the Picasso museum, are just a few minutes walk from the flat. The interior renovations demonstrate the owners' artistic sensibility and appreciation of the building's original architectural features. The furnishings are comfortable and inviting. I particularly appreciated the high-quality mattresses and bedding. The owners were very generous with their advice and made us feel at home in their apartment. Little touches added to the experience, such as a complimentary bowl of oranges and an electric juicer that we used to make fresh-squeezed orange juice each morning. It was a pleasure to return to the flat at the end of each day and I feel very fortunate to have discovered such a wonderful place to stay in Barcelona. |
