| My husband says that I have a thing about towel racks - would suggest that you add one more towel rack in the bathroom on the second level. It would make it easier when there are two people sharing that bathroom. The house is beautiful and we loved our stay. Thank you for letting us do the two nights. Nola |

| What a wonderful home-away-from-home! We couldn't have been more pleased. The house exceeded our expectations and was so close to the beach. | The pictures are everything and MORE! This house has it ALL! Very roomy. We had three families with us and never once did we feel crowded. Very clean Jim & Mary Kay are wonderful to deal with. I would defenily rent from Jim & Mary Kay again and would stay in this home again. |

Thank you for the use of your Beach Home. It was really a home away from home. Our first concern in renting a home is cleanliness. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. The location is great. We had four families with lots of little ones and everyone had plenty of sleeping space! (lots of floor space, just like you stated) We also had plenty of room to have "alone time". the first floor bedroom is really like an extra apartment with wet bar and fridge(a big plus). We had a great time! Thanks again! We hope the bicyles will be repaired for our next trip! |

| The owners and the New Orleans house we rented are first class all the way. The owners are very good to do business with. We had 6 adults and 3 children and we had more than enough room. The house has all the modern conviences. Within walking distance to Captian Dave's Restaurant. A+++++++. We hope to stay their again sometime. |

Thanks so much for the use of your beautiful Destin home for our family vacation. It had everything we needed and provided an elegant, beautifully decorated home base for our group. The sunrise and sunset views from the upper balconies were awesome. It was close to the beach but far enough away to provide a buffer from the hubbub of Scenic 98. The only suggestion we would have is to maybe provide a few more beach access keys for groups who tend to not be coming and going to the beach at the same time. Thanks again, it was a great vacation!

| We thoroughly enjoyed the use of your vacation home! We had 3 families, each with small children, and we had no problem finding room for everyone to spend together as well as needed 'alone' time. The decor was beautiful and the home very convenient to the pool and the beach. Thank you for the use of your home, should we return to Destin, we would love to stay again. |

My family had a get-together in Florida in June and we rented this BEAUTIFUL home for our Haven. And it was a Haven. Everyone was tired and ready for a vacation and this home was PERFECT !! Plenty of room (loved all the deck space), & close to the beach and a pool. Everything you can think of is supplied for you in the kitchen. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We are planning on returning next year. Thank you Cheryl for the wonderful communication and the wonderful vacation !!

Orleans house. The 3 floors and
extra rooms helped us all have plenty
of room. The location in Destin is
excellent with great access to a pool,
only a short walk to the beach and a
beautiful street of impressive homes
of distinction. The most impressive
aspect of the house is the way it is
