The Villa in Santorini was magnificent! Very clean, nicely decorated and felt like a warm home. The views were spectacular and the privacy was perfect. If there is a more beautiful place on Earth, I want proof! The Oia sunsets and the delicious food made for a memorable vacation (the excellent local wine might have helped as well). I have already recommended the Villa to two of my friends. Thank you for opening you home to us. Our stay was an experience that we will never forget!

We can't thank you enough for opening up the amazing villa to us. It was by far the most incredible place we have ever had the privledge of staying in. I can't even find words to express
the beauty and serenity it brought. Everything went so smoothly as well with respect to our arranged transportation, etc. All our fears quickly left as soon as we were met at the port. (I say that because you know of the anxieties we had prior since the whole transaction was being done over the internet. ) : ) THANK YOU AGAIN SO VERY MUCH.
It is my hopes to return perhaps next year with my brothers so that they too can enjoy the same experience!

| My wife, 3 daughters and I could not have wished for a better vacation experience on Santorini. The home and its furnishings were clean and very well kept, the kitchen had everything we needed, the woman who met us when we got off the cab could not have been more helpful and friendly, the quiet location was perfect with an awe-inspring view that NEVER got old and a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Oia. I am in the hotel business and have stayed in some of the nicest hotels and resorts in the US - I would still put this at the top of my family's vacation experiences. Fereniki, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was extremely helpful in answering questions with regard to restaurants, rental cars, ferries, you name it. Take my word for it, you will not regret renting this villa!! |

I loved it so very much that I plan to return sometime very soon. I have told my boyfriend of the beauty, peacefullness and total relaxation of the place. I was magical. Words can hardly describe how wonderful our stay in Oia was. The house is big and beautiful and photos don't do it or the views justice. My husband and I had 5 friends and family members join us for 10days in early October. The weather was beautiful and everyone had plenty of space to stretch out and relax.
The house is a bit secluded, so it's quiet and relaxing. But less than 5minutes walk and you are on a marble sidewalk where there are shops, restaurants, internet cafes, car/scooter rentals and small markets.
It was fun to explore the island, but we felt very lucky to be staying in Oia. It was hard to leave such a beautiful and friendly place. Hopefully we'll return again soon!

We had a very nice time in your wonderful villa with the magic view on the volcano. Sitting above the sea with the sun in the early morning is part of our best holidays we ever had.

Thank you so much for opening your beautiful home to us. The pictures you have do not do it justice. The patio is much larger and the view of the water is incredible. We sat on it every evening and remarked how lucky we were to have a week there.
The village of Oia is outstanding and we had many great meals.

You are so fortunate to have such a wonderful home and I so appreciate that you share it with so many. You have by far, the best view in Oia and it is truly difficult to tear yourself away from it. I could just sit for hours and I did.
I thank you for arranging the transportation and having Debbie there to meet me. She is so lovely and her warm smile welcomes you immediately. We deliberately scheduled the week in Oia at the end of our trip to Greece so we would have some down time before heading home, and we found your home to be most conducive to much needed rest and relaxation. Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful and professional. Antonin, Debbie, and Manuella (at the local convenience market) all took great care of us. And the location and view were terrific.

I just had to drop you a thank you note right away to let you know how much we truly enjoyed Oia and our stay in your beautiful villa. As you promised the taxi driver was right there with a sign to pick us up and taking us to the centre square where we were greeted by Poppy and another lady who escorted us on the short journey to the villa. What a pleasant treat when we saw that the villa was even more that pictures or words
can explain. The view was breath taking, the villa was large and spacious. We did not rent a car while we were in Oia but rather took our local bus system which was easy, fast and very inexpensive. We visited all the sites, took a sunset sailing cruise, climbed the volcano and swam in the hot springs. But we all agree that what we enjoyed the most was sitting on your porch and admiring the best view we have ever experienced!!!!
Thank you again for all your patience and help answering my many questions.
You need to know that your help and your villa made for a perfect
celebration for my parents and my husband and I.

The photos do not do justice to the elegant and spacious home of
Panagopoulou. My girls
had the entire upstairs to themselves with a bath, and they felt they
were in a fairy tale land. They
could not believe that they had such an expansive 180° view with the
sun coming up every
morning to wake them up to another beautiful day in Oia. We had the
fortune of having a full
moon that was also exceptional out of every window in our villa. The
home is filled with special
antiques and artwork that is a very rare find in a rental. You really
feel like a guest in someone's
home, rather than the typical cast off furniture in other places we
have rented. We were greeted
by the friendly caretaker with a bottle of local Santorini white
wine, and a mid week greeting of a local
red wine. We loved the local market, all the people of the island,
the many restaurants, and of
course the AMAZING VIEW. I never got tired of looking out to the
caldera, and to the sea. It was
my kid's first trip to Greece, and of our 3 weeks it was their
favorite (even over ALMALFI coast!)
I would recommend renting this fabulous place, in all that it has to
offer, to anyone, anytime.

We had a fantastic time in Santorini and your villa would have to be the
best in the whole of Oia.
We were met at the Port in the pouring rain by Antonis the taxi driver and taken to Oia
where he phoned the housekeeper (Debby?) who came out in the rain and took
us to the villa. She showed us around the villa and gave us a beautiful
welcoming bottle of wine and advised us of the home made olives. We were
absolutely amazed at the beauty and warmth of not only the villa, but also
the people and the whole of Oia. To say the views from the villa are
amazing would be an understatement - WOW.
This was our first trip to any part of Europe and we have decided that
there probably is no other place in the world that could offer such
scenery, friendly people and such a relaxed atmosphere.
Feriniki - thank you so much. Many of our friends in Australia, as well
as those here in Doha have asked for the details of your villas which I
have passed on to them.
Best wishes for the future, and if we are still here in the Middle East
next year we will be sure to be in contact with you to once again revive
ourselves.

It is in a great location for town where you can walk for coffee in the am, as well as the village bakery and grocery store. We stayed in 5 home rentals on our trip and this was everything it promised to be! Enjoy! |

Sorry it took so long to make an entry in the guestbook. Our stay is just now starting to register as we view the photos of our vacation. To say Santorini is beautiful is an understatment & to stay in what we called the "Big House" overlooking the sea & the small boutique hotels made our group feel like very VIPs. Daily breakfasts & happy hours on one of the 3 terraces was magnificent. Hope we have the opportunity to visit again.

Hello Fereniki,
I wanted to make sure your future guest knew what a marvelous villa you have made available in Santorini. My family enjoyed every minute of our stay and we could not have been more pleased. The villa is very spacious and graciously decorated with all the comforts of home. Of course the surroundings and view are beyond description and I found myself awed by the beauty of nature and the charm of Ia as I sat on the terrace. The town is a setting out of a movie script and who has a bird’s eye view of an ancient volcano in their back yard? What I enjoyed most about the location of the villa was how central it is to everything yet just enough off the beaten path to allow for privacy. You feel much more like a local than a tourist.
I appreciated the advice and recommendation of using a rental car during our stay. It added a degree of freedom and adventure to explore the island. We took your advice and used the local rental agency and I was well pleased. They met me at the airport and transported us and our luggage to Ia. Upon departure they allowed me to drive the vehicle back to the airport and leave it.
Once again, thank you Fereniki for all that you did to make our stay so very special and memorable. I hope to return with my family soon and we will certainly want to stay in your villa.

The view from this villa is absolutely, positively
breathtaking. And the best view isn't even pictured
on the web site! The location couldn't be better. Ia
is so charming and everything is a stone's throw
away, yet this place is totally peaceful. The villa is
big, the beds are comfortable. There is no air
conditioning, but that seems to be the case most
places in Greece. The nighttime temperature was
quite comfortable (even cool enough to close the
windows some nights). I miss my evenings sitting
on the porch staring and relaxing! Fereniki could
not possibly have been nicer or more helpful (with
many questions we had while planning our trip to
Greece). We're very grateful to her! |

We absolutely loved the villa and the town of Oia. (We just spent the first week of our honeymoon there.) Oia's the most charming spot we found in Santorini -- a friendly little town with great little shops and restaurants -- and the villa is just steps away. The villa exceeded our expectations -- it's simply and beautifully designed, it has a full, modern kitchen, it stays cool inside even in the July heat, it has a lot of space (you could easily have 6 people), and the view from both levels is
breathtaking! We really appreciated Fereniki's hospitality, too. We hope to return someday. |

When we reserved Fereniki's villa on Santorini almost 1 year before our vacation, we never imagined how wonderful our 3 week stay would be.
The island is beautiful, and the town of Ia was the perfect place.
The home is located just on the cliffs at the beginning of town. This is perfect as it is far enough away from the cruise drop off spot for tourists, but a 1 minute walk to the shops, tavernas, etc.
The house itself is huge, and very well maintained. The kitchen was clean, modern, and easy to use. The bathrooms were the same, and the beds were all very comfortable.
This villa provided us with the vacation of a lifetime, and I give it my full recommendation!

The villa and Santorini was delightful. It's position in the town of Oia could not have been better. The views quite spectacular. We have wonderful memories of the island. We climbed the volcano, swam in the hot springs and had lunch on Thirasia. Of all the towns we liked Oia the best. Where ever we ate the food was good. We especially enjoyed eating at Ammoudi harbour.
We watched the sunset every evening and marveled at the beauty.
We will return.

| Our post-Easter stay at Fereniki's villa was the highlight of our three weeks in Greece. The house served us beautifully, two couples and two children, allowing us privacy when needed and wonderful gathering spaces inside and out. The setting couldn't be more spectacular, and very convenient for getting places by walking and bus. We especially enjoyed a circle walk that took us to two beaches, past farmers using donkeys to plow their fields, and then to the delicious Sigalas Winery for some tasty appetizers and red wine. We highly recommend a stay here. |

| My daughter, her friends and I just returned from spending a week at the villa. Comments from all range from "awesome" to "unbelievable" to "amazing". The villa is a perfect home base for seeing the gorgeous island of Santorini. With three bedrooms AND three bathrooms, the villa is very spacious and the setting is just spectacular. The village of Oia itself was the unanimous favorite of all of us, even though we ventured to other villages and other islands. In Oia, there are many good restaurants, lovely shops, and ever-gracious people. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the villa and Santorini to anyone looking for a truly memorable vacation! |

I really recommend you this beautiful place for spending your vacations! I think that the photos underestimate this wonderful villa, the huge bedrooms, the traditional fully equipped kitchen, the wonderful verandas. I shouldn’t also forget the bathrooms- they are really a nice surprise! The villa is just wonderful, in the best place of this wonderful village!
