| Cheryl - Glimpse of Heaven is justly named. Unlike other places where we've stayed, the amazing views depicted on your web site are exactly what you get. We could have spent another week just hibernating in the hammock or relaxing on the deck swing - we especially enjoyed watching the clouds creep in through the valleys below. Your cabin itself has all the comforts of home - warm & cozy. Thanks again for opening your home for all us city folks to enjoy the natural wonders of God! Lord Bless - we'll be back! |

| Upon arrival, we knew we had found the perfect place for our much needed vacation. As we walked around the porch, even before entering the cabin, we were in awe of the view. It was exactly what we had hoped for but never knew existed. The cabin had every thing necessary to make a dream vacation. We enjoyed the hot-tub daily, wanted to bring the swing home with us (just so comfortable and unusual). We loved the time spent here, hope we will be able to call Cheryl again and be able to come back to this little piece of heaven on earth. Thanks again Cheryl and Roger, your willingness to share this property with others is a true blessing to those, like me, who stumbled across it on the internet. May God continue to bless your family. | We rented this cabin for my parents who have never been to the area. Besides the tremendous view and the great location, the cabin reflected great pride in ownership. It was far enough from the Forge and easily accesable to both entrances of the park. Appliances were top rate, furniture comfortable and the gas grill was fantastic...we used it most nights. We were able to take our dogs, yet there was no indication that pets were there previously. We HIGHLY recommend this cabin to anyone looking for an upscale cabin with a great view! |

| We enjoyed this cabin and vacation tremendously. The cabin is clean and beautiful. The views outstanding. There was enough entertainment value in the cabin itself with the hot tub, pool table and hammock that our kids were happy and occupied. The location was great with the quiet entrance into the park, but easy 15 minute access to Pigeon Forge if desired. We did enjoy the outdoor pool on a couple of hot afternoons. | We stayed at Glimpse of Heaven on June 28-July 3rd. This is the 6th summer we have been to the smokey mountains and the first time we have stayed in Glimpse of Heaven and this was our favorite cabin. The view was awesome but we didn't have enough time. The cabin was clean and very comfortable. We did go to the pool and ponds for a day. We love to go to the mountains and tube. This is a great family vacation for your family. (teens or small kids) We have 2 teens and they love coming to the mountains. They played pool and we did get in the hot tube a few times. Thank you for sharing your home with us...... |

| We just returned from a week at "Glimpse of Heaven", and I cannot imagine a nicer place to stay. The view is spectacular, and everything about the cabin was perfect. My only 'complaint' is that it's a long drive from Maryland, but we hope to return someday. |

| We truly enjoyed our stay in the 'Glimpse of Heaven' cabin. The view of the Smokey Mountains was amazing. The cabin was extremely clean upon arrival with no pet odor's at all. Cozy, clean and a great place to relax after a long hike in the Smokey's. We loved relaxing in the hot tub while looking out over the breathtaking view. We loved the seclusion of the cabin, yet it's just a short drive to Pigeon Forge. There's so much to see and do. |

August brought to a close our second trip to a Glimpse of Heaven in a little over a year. We plan to return at least one more year to the Great Smoky Mountians and it will be at the Glimpse of Heaven cabin once again! We love that it is on the "quiet side" of the park near Townsend. (I describe Pigeon Forge as Orlando in the middle of Tennessee. We are looking for a peaceful vacation lately, and this place fits the bill perfectly.) The cabin is very clean, very well equiped, and beautfully decorated. Our entire family recommends it! Rich, Lucy, Livy (16), and Ben (12).
PS. We do venture into Pigeon Forge to visit, but we are glad we can head back to the mountians at at the end of the day. For birders...this year we saw a indigo bunting and last year it was a scarlet tanager from the deck. |

| Hi Cheryl, just wanted to thank you for the awesome cabin that you have. The place was very well-kept, and the views (from all 3 decks) were great. My wife and I spent alot of time in the hammock just relaxing and enjoying the view. It was very quiet, and our dog enjoyed it too! Thanks also for the guide on things to do in the area, we did the Cades Cove trail on bikes and we really enjoyed it. We will definitely keep you in mind the next time we plan a trip to the Gatlinburg area. |

We stayed at Glimpse of Heaven this past weekend. The location of this cabin is ideal.It is high enough on top of the mountain to enjoy the incredible views yet close enough to town. Very convenient however you will NOT want to leave the cabin. Beautiful decor and spotless. Top of the line appliances (including the gas grill).
We had all of our meals at the cabin.
Plenty of dishes, cookware and utensils. Absolutely no shortage of supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels. Pool table and hot tub for your entertainment but for me, the view was breathtaking and three decks to choose from. Lots of outdoor furniture including a hammock.
Thanks to Cheryl and Roger for allowing dogs with no size restriction.
Our lab and chihauhau had a great time.
We cannot wait to go back. Reasonable rates-you will get your moneys worth.
Spirital retreat no less-the name of the cabin says it all. We did NOT want to leave. |

| We just got back from our wonderful week at the glimpse of heaven cabin. Our family was so thrilled with the beautiful cabin and views. As soon as we pulled up to our cabin we were just thrilled that we chose such a great cabin. Extremely clean, great views, and we were able to bring our 2 dogs with who were also very excited and happy to be there. They loved taking their walks down by the catch and release fishing ponds and around the neighborhood. Great location, and yet so very close to everything that you need. We are already looking at our schedules so we can plan our next visit. Thanks again for letting our family stay at your beautiful cabin for our vacation. |

Carol and I truely enjoyed our stay in your cabin. We were joined by our son (just back from Afganistan)and his wife, and we could not have picked a better location for our time together. The cabin was spotless, well decorated and large enough for the four of us to spread out and enjoy ourselves. Since we have stayed in many cabins, I have found from past experience that there are many things usually lacking, so I loaded up lots of my trusty home items and lugged them along. The cabin was so well equipted, that most of them stayed packed up until time to head back home. We loved the bears that your other guests have left and left you a "Bama" bear to join the others. The view from the cabin was spectacular and we were fortunate during the week to experience some beautiful days with the sun shining and the temps in the 70's and spent one rainy day at the cabin watching the mist rising from the surroundng mountains and enjoying the fireplace and had an unexpect snow day and had about 9 hours of heavy blowing snow....a real beautiful site to behold from the decks. Of all the cabins we have visited, this one was by far the best in every manner. We will no doubt become frequent visitors and are already looking forward to our next trip. We, like others who have taken the time to leave comments, really appreciated the beautiful cabin, the very appropriate decor and the beautiful mountain views and feel like you named the cabin just right, because while we were there and since we have left, we know that we have had a "Glimpse of Heaven". Thank you and your husband for making this available to us all....

Hi Cheryl!
I had to stop a moment and let you and your husband know what a wonderful time Dennis and I had at this gorgeous cabin! The way you have it furnished is so warm and inviting. Our "kids", Jack and Prada, actually our dogs, had a great time too. They loved the fireplace! We were reluctant to leave, as you may remember, we did beg another night out of you during our time there! We are already planning a return for this Fall, and once we know what our schedules will be like I will be in touch!

Just wanted to touch base with you to let you know we had a wonderful time at the “Glimpse of Heaven” cabin this past weekend. We celebrated my Mom’s 83rd birthday and our grandson’s 8th birthday on Sunday afternoon. The cabin is beautiful and we loved the way you have it decorated. The beds were very, very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for us to prepare meals in the evenings. The cabin was very suitable for the five of us and the views were breathtaking. Leo & I slept in the loft so we really enjoyed the sunrise. We had a lovely time and we appreciate the opportunity to stay in such a lovely cabin! We look forward to staying in the cabin again sometime or maybe one of your other cabins.

Thank you for providing such a quality home for your guests! We had an absolutely wonderful time staying in Glimpse of Heaven... Watching the valley come to life each morning, we had coffee on the middle deck. Sipping wine, we watched the sun go down each evening. Serenaded by crickets, we rocked and talked on the wonderful top deck under the roof each night before bed. While we loved the privacy and peace on the mountain top, we were close to all the activity of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg!! Can't wait to book our next vacation with you.

| What an incredible wonderful time we had! The scenery was absolutely spectactlar...it was truly like experiencing a glimpes of heaven. The cabin was beautifuly furnished. Just can't find enough words to describe our
wonderful vacation at your "Heavenly Cabin", it truly
is a "Glimpse of Heaven".. Let me start with the
spectacular view that goes so well with the comfort
of the cabin--truly a gift. We also found so many
activities in the area , from the beautiful
sightseeing of mountains and countryside,to
adventure in the sky( helicopter ride through the
Smokies), adventure in the water (whitewater
rafting and tubing on the river), watching wildlife in
Cades Cove( seen 5 Black bear at different
sightings, lots of deer, wild turkey and other
species), also the history in Cades Cove was very
interesting. Of course I can't say enough about all
the shopping and family activities between Pigeon
Forge and Gatlinburg. All of this was so
wonderful...we just can't wait to go back!!

The cabin is so nicely decorated and the extra amenities are really appreciated. Best of all is the breathtaking view off the deck. We love eating breakfast on the deck and watching the birds. After a day of hiking, sitting in the hot tub and watching the georgeous sunsets is so relaxing. It just doesn't get any better than that! We have been going to the Smoky Mountains for the last four years. We have always gone through a Real Estate company to rent cabins. This is the first year we have rented from Heavenly Cabins a private owner, we were so pleased with the experience that we have already booked again for November. We arrived at the cabin and were pleasantly surprised by the interior design, cleanliness and extras. There was a large basket of candy, microwave popcorn, coffee, creamer, filters and just about all of the condiments that one would need. I had brought most of these things and when our stay was over added what I had leftover (I wrote the date on each item that I left so others would be able to ascertain the freshness).
We had only been at the cabin for about two hours when the phone rang and it was Cheryl. Just checking to see that we had arrived. WOW! Someone actually cared enough to contact us to see if we were pleased with the cabin and to see if there was anything that she could do for us. We did mention that the propane for the grill was empty and she said she would see to it that it was taken care of. I believe the steaks that we grilled were some of the best that we have ever prepared. Do you think the view while we dined on the deck and the clean air of the mountains may have had something to do with it? And after several miles of hiking each day we sure got our use out of the hot tub. Some mornings I even started my day off with 20 minutes in the hot tub.
Not only did we get to enjoy this wonderful cabin, but our little Yorkie Abby got her use out of the loft catwalk. She thought she was a “big girl” going up and looking down on us every chance that she got. It was so nice to be allowed to bring our precious pet on vacation with us. I would like to mention that Dollywood has a kennel (Doggywood) where you can board your dog for the day while you visit the park. It was very reasonable ($12.00) and felt good knowing that Abby was near by.

| The only words I have to describe it are too little time, and so much beauty. We went for the week-end and enjoyed every minute of it. I love birds and saw hummingbirds and blue birds while I was having coffee on the deck. The cabin itself is absolutely gorgeous. Also it is very well maintained and cared for. I would reccomend this to anyone who wanted a private, calm vacation. There is a lot of love in this place, you can feel it. |

We had a great time! Cabin is wonderful! Great
interior design job!
We loved the Glade Cinnamon Apple fragrance so
much that we purchased one for our home as soon
as we got back to Windsor.
It reminds us now of our vacation ( I know, it
sounds crazy, but it works!)

I just wanted to send you a quick email to tell you how much we
enjoyed staying at your cabin. This was our first trip to the mountains and
it was wonderful. Your cabin was perfect. Our girls really had a
great time. I think we could have just stayed in the cabin the whole time
and our girls would have been happy. We all loved the pool table and
the hot tub. What made it even more special is that is snowed Sunday
morning before we left. Our girls have only seen snow, I think, one time
in their life. It was perfect. Also, our ten year old caught her
first fish ever in one of the ponds on our first day there. She was hooked
on fishing from that moment on. She didn't care about doing anything
else but fishing. She made her daddy bring her back Saturday afternoon
in the freezing cold to fish one more time. Thank you again for
sharing your cabin with us. We will cherish our memories from this trip.

Dear Roger and Cheryl, I just wanted to let you know we really enjoyed our stay at Glimpse of Heaven. The ride alone up the mountain was sooo cool. When we walked into the Cabin we just felt so at peace. The cabin was beautiful, and the view was unbelieveable. We know why you chose the name you did. We felt so at peace and so close to God. The inside of the cabin was so well maintained, and we just appreciate you letting us in your home. I have to tell you we went for walks everymorning and going down was easy and fun, but that walk back up was very tiring, but really got the heart rate going. We were able to meet some of the neighbors visiting and they were very nice and enjoyed their company. The HOT TUB was amazing. We took advantage of that for some nice R&R. Thank you again for everything and we look forward to some day returning.

We have rented many vacation homes but none were as loaded with extra special touches as this one. The cabin was clean, the beds were top notch and we were thrilled to find such extras as salt/pepper, coffee & filters, paper products, hot chocolate, popcorn, laundry detergent, shampoo and soap and even more. The view is something you just have to see to believe. We took awesome photos of the beautiful sunsets. One of the best things is that your cabin is pet friendly and we were able to relax and enjoy our vacation with our 3 poodle boys Gucci, Armani and Romeo. Our cabin "Glimpse of Heaven" was just as warm and lovely for a place to stay as Cheryl is as a person. The furnishings of the cabin were immaculate and we had everything we needed to make our time there the very best it could be. My family enjoyed it so much and we can say it is the BEST that we have ever stayed at. I will be recommending it to all my family and friends.
One of the favorite things in the cabin for me is the skylight in the loft bedroom,I could go to sleep at night watching the stars and awake in the morning to the magnificient sunrise.

| A Glimpse of Heaven is exactly what we found in this cabin. There is nothing that's been missed in providing for the comfort and relaxation of guests here. We had no reason to leave during our four-day stay because we felt right at home. The website description and pics are totally accurate, but there is so much more to experience. The cabin is warm and cozy, and the mountain view, especially at sunset, is incredible. We especially appreciate having such a beautiful place to share with our year-old Sheltie. We will be back! |

This is the second time we have stayed in one of Cheryl and Roger’s cabins, and each time has been perfect. We just loved our week at Glimpse of Heaven. The view is spectacular, the cabin is immaculate and beautifully furnished, and the location is ideal. And we both adored those awesome swings on the deck overlooking the mountains. We ate all our meals on them. What makes a “Heavenly Cabin” stay so special is that so much care is taken to make guests feel at home and to anticipate their needs. It is one of the most relaxing and stress free vacations we have ever had. We hope to return soon.

| It would be difficult to find a nicer place than "Glimpse of Heaven" to spend your time in the Smokies. It is everything it is claimed to be and truly offers a "glimpse of heaven." This is the first time my son has wanted to stay anywhere for more than 3 days. We spent a week and he asked if we could spend two. This was one of the best vacations that I can recall and I actually came home feeling rested. |

| Glimpse Of Heaven is a wonderful place for a mountain retreat. The comforts of home mixed with a breath taking view, provides for a stress free and relaxing vacation. We enjoyed the many extras available such as the pool table, fire place, and hot tub. There is really no reason to leave the cabin once you are there. We would definitely recommend Glimpse Of Heaven. |

| Staying at Glimpse of Heaven was a great experience. It was decorated perfectly. The cabin maintained rustic charm, while including so many luxuries that the stay was like being at resort. I would recommend this place only if you have high standards. If you are looking for a typical cabin or hotel this isn't the place for you. It was truly a beautiful experience to stay here!! |

We had a wonderful time it was just what we needed. We are a very busy family and this was the perfect place to get away and just enjoy each other and God's beautiful creation.

| Glimpse of Heaven was great. It was a perfect place to get away for a couple of days and "chill out". The cabin was clean and decorated nice. The views were nothing short of spectacular. I'm hoping we can return in the near future. We were really impressed with the cleaniness of the cabin. We would recommend this rental to others. Thanks for the memories. |

This is by far one of the best views in the area. The cabin was spectacular and the ammenties were amazing. We stayed the weekend after Thanksgiving and the cabin was decorated for Christmas. I was delightfully pleased that we were able to bring our dog. It is so nice to be able to bring you pet and not be stressed leaving them at the vet or with a family member. The cabin is spotless! This is truly an amazing cabin and the mountains are peaceful and relaxing. Thanks for making our vacation special and making us feel welcome in your home.

| We have found our "home away from home." This cabin had everything our family desired. The view was breathtaking, the accommodations cozey, and the little extras provided by the owners much appreciated. We will definitely return to this cabin. |

| What a cabin! Totally amazed as we pulled up and saw the view. Loved relaxing outdoors on the deck whether we were on the hammock, swing or eating breakfast at the outdoor table. The trees fall colors were quite a treat. The cabin itself was absolutely beautiful with great decorating touches and furnishings that included quite a bit of extras. We saved time each day to play pool and relax a little in the hottub. Our days were spent visiting & hiking in the park so it seemed as though our week flew by. We were wishing we had more time there. We will certainly recommend "Glimpse of Heaven" to others and hope to return next year. A great treat to us was being able to bring our other family member (dog), Ginger, who loved it there. |

We were very fortunate to have received a 4 night stay at GLIMPSE OF HEAVEN this past week for our honeymoon.
We were very pleased and amazed at this cabin. The cabin was everything we hoped it would be and a whole lot more. The accomodations were very nice, and the property had been taken care of .
From the layout of the cabin, to the hot tub and pool table, we had the best time.
Cheryl & Roger know exactly what the "renters" of this cabin needed. The website directions were right on que. All of the lil extras were not unoticed.
We are already in the works to try and plan a Winter trip with our immediate family and I guarantee that we will stay at Glimpse Of Heaven. We were spoiled and are ready to go back.

My husband and I were fortunate enough to have stayed at Glimpse of Heaven over Labor Day. We were so happy with everything about the cabin, both inside and out, that we wished we had booked it for a longer stay. The view of the mountains was spectacular, and we watched the sunset from the deck almost every evening. We felt so comfortable and welcome and certainly would not change a thing! Thank you so much for opening your home up to us, and we cannot wait to book this "heavenly" cabin again and again.
