My husband and I stayed for a week at the Country Garden Cottage. It was just as perfect in person as it is in the pictures, even more so! The setting is beautiful and filled with gardens and orchards. The chickens and the bees make it even more special. We loved the cottage. It has everything you would want and it is so roomy. The bed was SO comfortable that we hated to leave it the mornings! Kristine was extremely knowledgeable and generous with winery and restaurant suggestions most of which we visited and were so glad. We would recommend Amista Vineyards on Dry Creek Road as our personal discovery! Wonderful visit, hope to go back!

Our weekj at this wonderful cottage was a very enjoyable one, to say the least. Our hosts greeted us when we arrived and made us feel right at home. They were readily available for our needs, yet respected our privacy. The surroundings are beautiful, especially the gardens...and the cottage clean, neat and comfortable. Our only regret is that we were so busy with family activities, we didn't have enough time to just enjoy the quiet and beauty of the peaceful gardens and the wonders of the wine country. We recommend the Country Garden Cottage to anyone staying in Sonoma County and the surrounding area! |

We've had such good fortune with vrbo several times and this lovely cottage was a totally enjoyable addition to our travels.Kristine greeted us and was so welcoming we felt right at home. Her love and talent for gardening was greatly appreciated and enjoyed --beauty abounds(look out for the hummingbirds as they fly in abundance at any given moment!).Our living quarters were perfect and very cozy and comfy. We rarely saw our hosts so privacy was honored. We loved it and highly recommend it for all occasions.

This was our first experience using vrbo and we were very pleased with our experience. We found this cottage to be clean, comfortable, and spacious, but the highlight is definitely the beautiful garden. We enjoyed our fresh coffee (provided in the cottage) sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful flowers and birds. Our hosts were helpful in giving us suggestions on things to do and places to go and then left us to enjoy ourselves. We could have just stayed in the cottage--it was so inviting, but Healdsburg, a few minutes away, beckoned. I highly recommend this property as a pleasant alternative to a hotel.

The VRBO description does not do justice to the beauty of this property. The gardens and views are magnificent. It is set far off the road and is very quiet and serene. The furnishings and housekeeping are excellent, and the rooms are surprisingly spacious. The owners are friendly, courteous, helpful and also very non-intrusive. Country Garden Cottege was by far the best place we have stayed in many visits to the area.

My weekend at this property was fabulous. The views and hospitality enjoyed over my two day visit are memories to cherish. The housekeeping was excellent, and the architectual detials are of the finest quality. We found town to be filled with quaint shops and lovely streets to stroll. Clearly, this home is one of my favorite West Coast addresses.
