| Great place. Nice beach Had a nice interlude with my wife. Enjoyed the Hot Tub in the evening without lights. The home was excellent and the beach was secluded. Only a little over an hour from my home. I will return soon! |

| Once again our stay was excellent. In addition to our dogs, our 12 and 13 year old grandkids joined in the festivities. They loved the house and the beach. The fishing was not great due to the murky/muddy water. The heavy rains we experienced in May had the Brazos rocking and rolling and brought the trees and driftwood right along with it. Hopefully it will clear up by the time we come back the end of September. We still had a wonderful time and look forward to our return trip. |

| AWESOME! Since 1970 we have spent 2-3 weeks a year vacationing in Port Aransas and the lower Texas Gulf coast but we have found a new haven. It was the most relaxing and romantic 9 days we have had and we are ready for our next trip. Added advantage was the home is pet friendly and we were able to bring our dogs. A perfect home away from home. |

Beach home was great. I m an east coast girl (N J) & this is my first trip to the texas coast. Water was great, walm and clean. the view was fantastic. Our dog Rosie, a St. Benard, loved the sand. Loved the peace and quite at the home. We will come back!!

Thank you so much for letting us rent your beach home. This was a wonderful vacaation fpor us since I am 34 weeks pregnant. My dog, brandye loved the ocean as we did. We will be back again next summer with my first child.

The Sedlacke's enjoyed the house the games the hot tub and the beach. The week was unusally windy. Great night walks on the beach, which was quiet and peacefull.Great fishing. Our dog would not leave until we draged him in the car. Took home about 5 lbs of sand. Loved it!!

Much more wonderful than expected. Hot Tub & stars are great along with the view of the ocean. This will be a great place to visit on numerous occasions. Maybe one day I'll be able to bring friends and family to the Quintana Beach house. Great choice in location and all around nice place to be.

I could rave all day about the attributes of this wonderful beach house! I couldn't think of a better honeymoon location...The sunrises, the sunsets, the nearly deserted beach, and the home away from home feeling that one gets the minute he or she walks into the house. I can't thank you enough!

John, you have a really great place. We can seel all the work y'all have done since Claudette. The mosquitos were bad at first but that got better. Weather and water great all week. The hot tub is really cool at night.
