| Keith, thank you so very much for allowing me to rent your home for my 50th birthday celebration with my friends from Florida, Indiana, Texas, Kansas, Nebraska and Colorado. The house was perfect for a chic trip. Beautiful, large and comfortable. The kitchen was very accomodating, the views were fabulous, the hot tub was great late at night and the area was very condusive for long walks or runs. The aspens were beautiful in their fall colors. We had some great photo shoots in the yard. Shoppping in nearby Vail was fun and I would highly recommend Zip Adventures. What a blast. We hope to come back again next year. |

Even though it's been four months since we stayed at your beautiful house, we're still talking about it! There were fourteen of us (from age 17 to 61) and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen had everything needed to cook for a large group. The layout of the bedrooms was great so everyone had their privacy, plus the "late crowd" and "early risers" did not disturb each other. There is so much to do in the area: horseback riding, white-water rafting, fishing, hiking, mountain bike riding, outlet mall shopping, and a gondola ride up the mountain. We have wonderful memories of our time there and look forward to staying at your house again! |

Four couples, one each from Omaha, New Hampshire, Kansas and Mazatlan, met for a reunion of sorts here. this surpassed our last trip 3 years ago to Scottsdale. We had the hot tub to relax in and watch the stars at night, as well as the fox that walked past the kitchen window each morning. We came at peak time for the aspens, so all we had to do to get a great view of them was go out on one of the decks. The owner was on call in case of a problem (the hot tub maintenance man set the house alarm by mistake), so we all agreed we would want to come back again soon. Thank you, Keith. |

We had a wonderful stay at the house. I enjoyed the early morning sunrises over the golf course while trying to get work done before all the others woke up. The kitchen had everything we needed when cooking, the toy room was great for the kids, and the hot tub was real treat on those chilly nights. My family and I would definitely stay at the "Best Place to Stay in Vail Valley" the next time we vacation in Edwards, Colorado. Thanks Keith for making sure we were taken care of! |

| My family and I stayed at this home when we came to Edwards for my brothers wedding. It could not have been more perfect. It was convenient for the rehearsal dinner at the Singletree Community Center, the wedding ceremony at the Beaver Creek Chapel, and the reception at Cordillera. We had a blast playing games, relaxing in the hot tub, and enjoying the spectacular scenery. Thank you for letting us share in the beauty of this home. We loved it! |

Keith, our stay at your property in Edwards, CO was absolutely fantastic. There was more than ample room for all of us - the main areas for gathering were spacious enough that we could all be together without bumping elbows, and it was wonderful to have private spaces for all of us also.
Our one year old grandson learned how to go down steps at your house. It provided us with many laughs watching him learn.
We all loved the decks with the many beautiful views, enjoyed the visits from the deer, and the hot tub was also wonderful.
Keith, thanks again for the use of your house to create wonderful memories for our family.

| We had a great time at this home. What others say here about this home in this guest book...we all agree it was wonderful! It was comfortable, spacious and beautiful. So a little about this area as a summer trip...the home is centrally located and very convenient to all sorts of activities to keep everyone happy! We had beautiful weather. We enjoyed several hikes including one to Hanging Lake, and Doc Holiday's Grave. We also went horseback riding (go to Idaho Springs) and we biked in Glenwood Springs. Best of all was our white water rafting trip with Rock Gardens! We visited all the cute historic nearby towns for souvenir shopping and enjoyed a ride on the Looping Railroad and mine tour in Georgetown. We enjoyed a relaxing time at the end of the week swimming at Glenwood Hot Springs Pool. We highly recommend this location and home to stay at. We did not want to leave and talked about coming back for skiing in the winter! It was a home away from home for our four families. If you decide to stay here we guarantee you will enjoy this home as much as we did! Just beautiful! |

This is one of the nicest homes I've stayed in before and renting this property through you couldn't have been easier. Thanks for such a great stay, we will be back ! |

We had a very pleasant week at Keith's place. The house was big enough for 3 families (6 adults and 9 kids!). The game room and doll house were a big plus with the kids, as well as the collection of movies (we had a bunch of rainy days...) There is also a very nice play ground within a 10-min walk from the house. We also enjoyed cooking and hanging out in the large kitchen. We had a visit from a deer, spotted a couple of foxes in the golf course and had a magpie nest right outside the kitchen window. A few minor points for improvement: we didn't have enough towels upon arrival, and couldn't find any dishwasher detergent - but both were supplied promptly the next day. Overall we had a terrific time both in the house, and visiting the various Vail Valley (and beyond) attractions. |

The Triangle River Home in Edwards, Colorado is truly an amazing home that can bring an average weekend in the Colorado Rockies to that of one of the best weekends you may ever have.
How much fun is it to sit in the hot tub on the top deck on top of the Rockies with views of the Vail Valley and the Sonnenalp Golf Course on all sides.
Keith's attention to every detail to assist in helping your group have a tremendously fun and quality stay are exceptional.
I would recommend Triangle River to anyone looking for a great private place to stay in the Vail Valley during any season.
Great Job Keith and Jennifer Wegan!

| We've rented this house annually for the past several years with two other families...6 adults and 8 kids, plus the friends who drop by during the stay. The house EASILY accommodates us, in style! The kids are EAGER to vacation with their parents when Beaver Creek is the destination (priceless!), and the comfort and fun of this house is a big part of it. We're lifers, I suspect... |

| The house is amazing and in an absolutely fantastic location. We stayed for a week and we definitely didn't want to leave. The hot tub was superb and used nightly by the whole family. We didn't need for anything and we hope to return again one day in the future. Keith's attention to detail is faultless and all the instructions were easy to follow and greatly appreciated. The house is very big but it still felt cozy/homely and would be a perfect location for a holiday with another 2/3 families. Just perfect. |

The house is great and is conveniently located near the ski resorts of Vail & Beaver Creak. The house is very spacious and provided plenty space to our group of 10. The views from the hot tub on the third floor are breathtaking. The house had every amenity that you could need. Keith made renting the house a smooth process and his suggestion of local eateries and activities were great.
I highly recommend this house.

Great house! Keith had everything ready for us and was in close contact to make everything was going well for us.
We (15 adults) stayed here over President's Day weekend. We were amazed at the size of the house. Everyone slept comfortably. The house could easily fit 20 adults (using the sleeper sofas as well). And 15 adults were not crowded walking around/hanging out in the living areas. Hot water was never an issue. The hot tub is located on the top of the house. The views of the golf course from the house are beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need to make a gourmet meal.
We spent the weekend at Vail. The commute to Vail was very easy - about 15-20 minutes by car. Beaver creek is much closer.
We can't wait to stay at Triangle River again. |

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely home near Beaver Creek. It was the most comfortable and spacious home we have ever rented (great comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen in terms of equipment, etc.) It worked well for our 5 families (10 adults, 11 children) although some had to share bathrooms (worked fine for us). Sledding hill right outside for the kiddies, easy drive to ski hills, attentive owner who provides great information regarding the area - you can't ask for more than that. Our clan looks forward to staying here again!

THe house was great for our family of 9 (4 childern 5 adults). A good location to all activites. Keith provided good information in advance of our visit that really helped to save time and effort went we arrived. It was a positive experience. My wife would suggest that some amenities such has kleenex could be provided,,and I would add that at some time a little paint touch up and roof maintainence may be in order. Operation of the main living room TV was a challange. These are very minor suggestions for a most positive experience with your home. |

| Keith, Thanks for letting us use your home for the week ending Aug 2, 2008. The place is great and fit all of us for our family reunion. Sometimes you can be nervous about coming to a place "unseen" that is to accommodate a large group - this was completely unnecessary. You provided tons of room, a great facility for R&R, cooking or relaxing in the hot tub. The entire family loved the place and the reunion was a huge success. I hope we get a chance down the road to make use of your place again. |

| We recently spent a week at this lovely Triangle River home, and it was fantastic! Mother Nature gave us several feet of snow, and Keith's home was all that it claims and more! The kids, (all 6 ranging in age from 8 months to 7 years) had a blast in the "kid only" wing, while the 7 adults loved preparing meals in the kitchen, grilling out on one of the many decks, and chilling out in front of the fire after long days of skiing. With a Wal-Mart nearby for groceries, and great nearby restaurants, this home is perfectly located for skiing in Vail or Beaver Creek. We took the entire clan up mountain to dine at Beno's at Beaver Creek, which was a total treat and a must do while you are visiting. The kids even got to sledding down the hill, and woke up to see deer outside our deck in the mornings. We look forward to returning again soon. It was an excellent place to stay for groups with more than two families. We loved it!! It was clean, bright and airy and we would recommend it to anyone wanting a large spot for family and friends. (We had people drive up from Phoenix, and fly into the Denver airport, and it was a breeze getting to the home too!) |

| We had the absolute BEST vacation EVER in Keith's house in the Vail Valley. With a large group of 2 seperate families, the floor plan was perfect. We had plenty of space to be alone, and plenty of space to be together. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home with every amenity imaganiable from a collection of great CD's and DVD (with numerous stereos throughout the house to play them) to the incredible kids wing with too many games, puzzles, and activities to mention and a Chefs Kitchen with EVERYTHING you need to prepare a feast for 12. We were within 10 minutes of Beaver Creek and Vail and within close driving distance to Copper Mountain. The Eagle River is just right down the street and the house sits on a great golf course. I spent every morning drinking my coffee on the deck outside the kitchen, watching the fox run across the yard and the skiers coming down the face of Arrowhead mountain. At night, we relaxed in the rooftop hot tub with a glass of wine. We couldn't ask for a better house, a better owner (Keith - you're awesome) or a better experience. My kids and I will always remember their first ski trip and the hot tub under the stars and we will definately be back and recommend your house to everyone! |

We had all the amenities needed, and it was convenient to Vail and Beaver Creek. The only problem, fighting over who got the main floor master bedroom with the great bath and huge double shower -- Would recommend this property for anyone with a large group. |

| Oh my, what a fabulous weekend. We lost the kids (somewhere in the west wing I think) for a long while as they discovered the play room. We are looking for a reason to return with a family or two to join us. Spacious, comfortable, private and the views are to die for!!! The only negative is that we don't own it! |

The kitchen and dining room handled even our large group with ease and the home theater set-up was phenomenal. I'd definitely stay here again, only longer next time! |

Our group of 11 from metro Atlanta (4 couples and 3 singles) thoroughly enjoyed our visit at the "Best Place to Stay in Vail Valley". Keith is a gracious host and a great communicator. He is very detailed and pleasant.
The house is well stocked (especially the kitchen). We ignored the cute sign on the kitchen wall about eating out and chose to cook most meals. Every evening we took turns in the hot tub. Even with 11 people, we found the house to be quiet because of the way it is built.
We skied at Beaver Creek, Vail, and Keystone during our week's stay. I would definitely recommend this house as a wonderful vacation spot.
The ski storage area is great because it is located at the bottom floor entrance. The only improvement I could think of would be to install racks on which to hang the skis. |

What a glorious place to visit. Our family traveled to Vail for Thanksgiving and we could not have found a better place to call home for a few days. I was beyond surprised at the size of the house. The pictures help, but they do not do justice to the overall expanse and open space. The best part was that we had 2 small children and the accommodations for the kids were PERFECT. We had to arrive a little early and Keith made sure the house was ready for our invasion. Overall, Triangle River was the ideal place for our family vacation.

Keith Our family came from all over to stay at your house and we all loved it! The house provides large open spaces for getting together and private spaces for being alone. The kitchen was especially well used and always had just the pots and pans we needed. The views are awsome from every window. My grandsons even saw some "dinosaur bones". Thanks for the best ski week ever! |

| With a portion of a 10-11 year old girls soccer team and a handful of parents, this second stay in this wonderful house was a treat for all! It truly feels like home - very comfortable and spacious. Early October is surprisingly mild in the Vail Valley - chilly in the mornings, but perfect for playing soccer! You couldn't ask for a more beautiful backdrop. Keith is a gracious host - caring and responsive! Not that we needed for anything! With all the space, the decks to spread out on, and, most importantly, the jacuzzi, the team and parents had a fabulous tournament weekend. We love this place, recommend it to all, and can't wait for another opportunity to come back! |

Our extended family of 11 stayed in the house in July. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the spacious and lovely home. It was a great place for all of us to be together, yet have privacy too.
Our grandchildren LOVED their special wing and we hardly saw them other than to watch the plays they performed for us. The adults LOVED using the hot tub under the stars at night. It was so relaxing and peaceful.
We all enjoyed eating out on the deck while taking in the beautiful view. It was fun watching the fox cross the golf course in the morning.
Keith was really good to work with. His prompt responses to our questions and attention to details was so helpful as we planned our time there. We appreciate all Keith did to make our family vacation a great time. Over the years our family has become attached to the Vail area. There is so much to do and the scenery is spectacular. We’ll be back!

My boys and I thoroughly enjoyed the house. The views are amazing, the amenities are unmatched, the location is perfect. The house is so spread out that you don't feel like you're right on top of the people you're staying with. There's plenty of room to get off by yourself for some peace and quiet. The golf course is amazing.
Keith did a great job of making sure we had everything we needed--even recommended restaurants, hiking trails and offered information on whatever you wanted to find.
September is a great time to go to this area--the weather is amazing, fall colors, and no crowds. If you have specific things you want to do in September, you might want to call ahead--it seems that September is a down month. There were a couple of things we wanted to do that were closed for repair and maintenance. |

| This is a wonderful house for large groups. We had two families and two other couples in our group at the end of July to first of August. So much is great about this home and has been mentioned by other guests. I think the three things that we enjoyed the most were the incredible views, the sound systems in so many of the living spaces, and the ability to have privacy when wanted and room to gather together at other times. I've rented many homes from VRBO and other by owner websites in the last several years and Keith was by far the best owner I've worked with. He kept us informed and called to welcome us and make sure everything was okay upon arrival. Our damage deposit was prompty returned after our stay. We had no children under 18 in our group so a more grown-up version of the children's wing would have appealed to us more, but it's great for families with young children. The only other improvements I would consider are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and a couple of good sharp knives for the kitchen. |

Our family of 8 adults and 5 children (3-13 years) spent a wonderful week at the end of July 2006 in this well managed and cared for home. The website for this house is excellent and reflects what you can expect from the owner. There are many positive features of this home that bear mentioning such as the views, excellent insulation of sound throughout the house, judicious stereo placement with extensive electronic equipment including TVs and movie/tape library, a fabulous hot tub with a myriad of stars to view at night, large car port, useful dumbwaiter, spacious rooms that allowed privacy yet closeness, ample decks to listen to music and enjoy the outdoors or just visit, a fully stockpiled kitchen and wonderful outdoor grill, and plenty of towels and storage space. The fast Comcast DSL internet connection and the computer, fax and printer (no paper or ink available) were excellent and a real plus. The negatives are, in most cases, minor. The hot tub quit working one evening, but was quickly repaired the next day after calling Mr. Wegen who was always helpful and available. This was a hot summer and the nonworking (or inefficient) air conditioner in the upstairs master bedroom made the late afternoons slightly uncomfortable. Under these unusual conditions, the increased heat in the rooms can be unpleasant in the summer especially in the loft in the children's rooms. A few well-placed ceiling fans in the bedrooms, dining room and kitchen would have resolved this problem in the summer. Not having a bathroom in the bedroom off the main stairwell was a slight drawback. Having a minifridge in the upstairs master bedroom would have been nice. The one in the downstairs master bedroom was not working. The younger adults said that they would have liked to be closer to Vail. But for the value, the integrity, helpfulness and professional demeanor of the owner, I would definintely consider coming back to this house in the future. Mr. Wegen listens to suggestions, which is why his home is one of a kind as mirrored by the comments of his guests.

| We stayed at this house in June of 2006 for a family trip with 4 of my siblings and their families. We had a great time, and there were plenty of rooms for everyone! Keith was great to work with and even called before we arrived to see if he could help with any activity planning. I would recommend this house to people with children 2 and up. I had a 1 year old who just started walking, and he had a lot of trouble with all the stairs. We had other children there as well (2 and up) who really enjoyed the stairs. The house was great overall. |

| This house was perfect!! We felt comfortable as soon as we opened the door. It took us a full day to remember who was on what floor but that just added to the fun. We gathered at night and in the morning, on the large deck off the kitchen. We all had binoculars and there was a contest-who could see the fox first. We first spotted him running across the green on the 17th hole. And we even saw a mule deer from this same deck. We spent most of our time[when not out seeing the sights]in the kitchen and on this deck. There were eleven adults and three kids under the age of 3. When the kids took naps-in the children's rooms, they were far enough away that they didn't hear us. A great setup. We found the people in Edwards very friendly and helpful. And the pizza from Marco's was the best we had tasted. I can't think of a thing that might have made our stay better. We hope to be back. |

If we were up late playing games, the people who were sleeping never heard a sound. The bedrooms were great, very comfortable beds with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The kitchen was great, plenty of room to cook and feed our famiy of 10.. The kids area was fabulous. They loved exploring all the nooks and cranny's, and there was every game you can imagine. This house has a very warm and welcoming atmoshpere from the second you walk in. It felt like the home of an old friend. On top of everything else, Keith found us information on hay rides and horseback riding which were fun at the 4 Eagle Ranch. He was incredibly helpful, and sent us information on things to do, places to eat, and things to see. Overall , one of the best vacation experiences we have had. | This is one AMAZING house! We are a group of adoptive families with daughters from China. We have a reunion every year. Last year we stayed in this home. WOW! The kitchen was perfect for feeding adults and six 3yr olds. The play room with it's own private (high solid walled) deck was wonderful and safe for the kids. We even found a secret club house off the deck. We kept getting lost in the house at first, discovery was a great part of the stay! The sound system that goes through the entire house was great. We had Fiesta night, cooked great food and danced like crazy with the kids to Salsa music! After the kids would go to bed we loved the TV room and the decks. I was one of the first "guests" after the owners bought the house. In the beginning, even without their added touches of the last few years, the basic house had ALL the amenities. Now, three years later, it is complete with all the finishing touches, big screen satellite TV, music system throughout the house, guest, computer, and a new hot tub. I think they even added a few stars to the Colorado sky over the tub. Another really good new feature is the Sonealp Club and Restaurant, an easy walk from the house. Last but not least, is the short drive to the Beaver Creek Parking Lot since the new bridge over Route 70 is a real shortcut to the Mountain. And when you get to the lot, there is a new high speed lift from the Lot to the slopes. No more buses!!

We decided to take a “Family Vacation” this past summer – I did my research on the internet and found this wonderful-family-friendly-vacation-home – It was furnished with everything that we could possibly need or want....from toys to a computer – Our ages (13 of us) ranged from 1 to 69 – Everyone had a great time....in the house, in Edwards, and participating in all of the many activities available in this area of Colorado – Thanks, Keith, for a fabulous week – B & B (GA,LA,CA,TX)

| Whether you intend to hang out at this home or take advantage of the many offerings around the Vail Valley, this is the place! I so enjoyed my time this fall! The home is incredible, with so much to offer! The views across the valley are incredible, both from the windows and the multiple decks. You may even catch of glimpse of the fox searching for his dinner. The roof-top hot tub is the best! The beds are cozy , the decor is relaxed, and the house can accommodate so many people comfortably! If your plan is for a small or large group, you will thoroughly enjoy your time at this home! |

When I need a little R&R and a quick fix I dial up my girl friends for a get away to rejuvenate this mommy of 3 kids and off to the mountains I go. I believe Oprah coined the phased “the ah ah moment.” It’s a featured article in her magazine. It’s supposed to be this moment in your life where it doesn’t get any better then this. For me it’s only a 2 hour drive to the most beautiful breath taking views in Colorado on the most striking covered veranda in Vail Valley. I can still picture my self sitting on the Veranda with the girl’s, and experiencing the “ah ah moment”. When we where sipping our Chardonnay viewing the most beautiful, breathe taking view ,as the sun was setting on the mountain top,. (We actually all stopped talking for a moment and took a deeper look at the beauty that surrounded us.) Or was it the next morning same spot same place, snuggled in our robes and slippers sipping our hot steaming coffee in total peace and quiet. Or was it on the roof top after a long day of shopping in Vail, sitting in the Jacuzzi, melting all our cares away, with beautiful music playing. (Of course, we get to pick the music so it’s enjoyable for a change vs. having to listen to the music choice of our kids.) Just when you think it can’t get better then this… the most beautiful rainbow appears before your very eyes, it’s so close you actually think you see the pot of gold. It is that very moment that I make my wish. I wish all the mommies out there who just need a little R& R and quick fix with their girl friends this “ah ah moment” in this amazing home like I just had.. Where troubles melt like lemon drops away above the chimney tops.

| My family had a wonderful time in this beautiful home celebrating our mother's 90th birthday. This home is tastefully decorated, fully appointed, and the decks afford a "milllion dollar" view of the ski slopes and golf greens. I highly recommend this home for a memorable experience in Colorado. The home is situated so that you feel very private, yet open to the outdoors. The owner, Keith Weigen, was very pleasant to work with. |

Our stay at your home was nothing short of magnificent. We loved the house--so comfortable, and nicely appointed--great TV, video and stereo systems. The kitchen is convenient and has everything a family would need in the way of cooking utensils, serving pieces, dinnerware, spices, etc. The bedrooms are nicely furnished and comfortable. We loved the decks and the hot tub is superb--it was a thrill to see so many shooting stars as well as the summer constellations.

| What a joy to relax and enjoy the summer days in this beautiful house. The multi-decks allowed for viewing of the mountains and 17th hole by everyone. Location was ideal for viewing and getting around to the various local activities. Our group really enjoyed the different areas/rooms to gather and have fun activities. The owner was such a joy to deal with! Answered all questions and provided very helpful hints to local establishments. A real plus! Thanks for sharing your home and providing a positive relaxing atmosphere. |

| Our three families had a wonderful time in the Vail Valley. The house was just perfect for our group of 13. The views were spectacular and the house was easy to locate. This was our first summer trip to Colorado and we all had a wonderful time. We especially enjoyed the cool mornings out on the deck. We would be happy to return. Thanks for sharing your home with us. |

| Its hard to find a place to accomodate five families all with toddlers and your home fit the bill to a tee! Large rooms with every possible need covered-right down to a baby monitor. The decks provided us with safe open space to let the kids dance and the parents rest! Loved the big kitchen. We all hope to return again soon. |

| What an incredible house with a unique design that affords many different types of rooms, varying in size, each presenting its own individual style. Several decks offer breaktaking views of the Rocky Mountains. The entire house gives a comfortable, cozy feel, while at the same time, being spacious enough to accommodate numerous people. Without a doubt, not a detail has been overlooked. The children's game room was an awesome bonus for our wee ones, while the hot tub on the roof was..well, let's just say, Mommy's little slice of heaven! |

| We used this house as a partial unit for our daughters large wedding (Beaver Creek) in April of 2004. This is an extremely nice house with large separare bedrooms that were well utilized by five families. The house is simply beautiful and very well kept. The large kitchen as well as dining areas allowed the perfect gathering areas for everyone. There are separate decks that we utilized for different family members and an upper deck with a hot tub that is exceptional. Our experience was stellar. We will be using this house again and again |

The favorite part of the trip however was spent in the home. Good times with good friends. | Kids from 1-61 had a wonderful Christmas in the house. 14 of us plus occasional friends had plenty of space to be together and have some privacy when wanted. What a terrific surprise to arrive and find decorated tree, greenery, candles and outside lights! Ditto to what others have said about location, scenery, kids area and ease of working with the owners. We were pleasantly surprised by the fun shopping and eating in Edwards. Will definatley recommend this house to others and hopefully come back sometime. |

| Beautiful, elegant and very comfortable home. It has several very attractive features such as the hot tub, the large deck for barbeques and watching the sunset, and a children's suite with a playroom full of games and toys. This is a wonderful house to spend a vacation - close to the ski slopes and hiking trails. |
