| We had an excellent time at Annette's Beach House. We were so close to both the pool and the beach --which was a major relief being pregnant. We didn't cook in as much as we had planned to because we wanted to try so much of the excellent seafood on the Island. But the villa was definitely stocked with everything needed in the kitchen! Annette provided us with a lot of information prior to our trip so we had alreday planned out the things we wanted to do and the places we wanted to visit. We definitely plan to return to Hilton Head in the future and book with Annette again! |

This was the note that George and Donna included in the envelope when they returned the keys: They vacationed June 22-25th.
We are back home and wish we could turn around and go right back. We parked the car and never used it once. We rode the bikes everyday and everywhere. What a joy!
On the top of our list were the homey touches of your "Beach" house. Just a few days and we felt so at home. George had a one on one with a dolphin, that's another story!

The condo was fabulous. It met our every need. The resort it's self was amazing as well. We loved the pool, and the beach was breathtaking.
This is something everyone should experience!

| We enjoyed our stay at Annette's Beach House. She sent us a lot of helpful information that really helped. Having young children, we really enjoyed being close to the beach and having a pool. The kids enjoyed playing in the preschool play area in the mall. We went there a few times just to get out of the heat. Kids enjoyed seeing the light house in Harbor Town and looking at boats at Shelter Cove. There was plenty to keeps to do, but not enough time! May be we'll get to come back when the kids are a litte older. Thanks Annette |

Thanks Annette for a wonderful week in your villa.You have everything there that we could have possibly needed.The boogie boards were a major hit with our kids!The ocean was great...we had 2 dolphins swim right past us.That was really neat.We visited nearby Tybee Island which is absolutely beautiful and spent an evening in Savannah.We went on a Haunted tour of Savannah which was really cool.There is so much to do in HH that we have decided to stay 2 weeks next year!
Thanks again Annette for everything.You have truly been there every step of the way!I feel as if I have made a new friend!!Thanks again for all of your advice and for going the extra mile with everything that you do.I will definately talk to you again next year...if not sooner! Take care. |

| We enjoyed our stay at Annette's Beach House. Our stay was for 4 months January through April. The weather has been great. It provides the comforts of home, so don't forget your videos, CDs and DVDs for home entertainment. It was well-equipped with everything to make our stay more enjoyable. It's easy to find and very accessible to the beach, restaurants and other area attractions. There is also a children's playground and plenty of tennis courts along with a large pool, outdoor grill and has restaurant and oyster bar on the premises. Most important was the hospitality Annette displayed. Throughout our entire stay there, she was very responsive to our inquiries. |

We stayed in Annette's condo over Memorial Day weekend. We had a wonderful time. You can rent bikes right on site and keep them overnight. We biked all over the island. The restaurants right on site are really good. The beach and pool are readily accessable. Loved the tiki hut right by the pool. The condo is decorated really cute. Annette has thought of everything including a TV in the master bedroom. She was great to work with and gave us a lot of tips for our stay!!

Annette's villa was GREAT! My friend and I took our daughters and we had the best time ever! The girls loved the bunk beds......they switched for the top bunk everynight. Annette was very pleasant to speak with over the phone and was very helpful through out the process. The villa is close to the beach, the pool and NICE all around!

| This beach condo was great. Close to the beach and what a great pool and Tiki hut. Also close to alot of good resturants. The Owner gave us great directions , extra information ,etc... The condo was ready for us with a night light on and everything was clean and neat. A great place, definately one I would use again. |

| Annette's "beach house" is wonderful. We loved the location and enjoyed plenty of tennis too. Having the restaurant/bar by the pool & beach with entertainment was a nice addition. Our boys absolutely loved the bunk beds & it was great because they could see the TV from the top bunk! Our little one literally "lived" there. The only bad thing was our time there was too short and we can't wait to go back. We'll definitely be calling Annette. She is so professional & thorough and truly wants to please her guests. |

| Annette's Beach house was great. The location was great within the resort, not too far from the beach, not too far from the pool. My kids loved it. They brought their bikes and could ride around the resort at will. The resort felt safe and the villa was wonderful. It meet our needs perfectly and Annette was great to deal with. Very pleasant. |

| We were very pleased with the condo, very well stocked...made us feel right at home. Annette kept in touch with us for over 2 months before our arrival. She was very prompt to answer any questions. Hilton Head is very pretty and we had lots of fun. |

| We had a terrific time spending our honeymoon at Annette's Beach House! The villa was cozy and we loved sitting on the balcony. It was conveniently located to many golf courses and restaurants. Loved the beach as well. Annette's hospitality really made the experience wonderful! We were welcomed to our honeymoon getaway with flowers, a card and a bottle of bubbly! We feel like we've made a new friend and will definitely be back! |

Del visited in July,2003.
We loved Hilton Head. My son and husband had a blast playing in the waves. We would get up early and hit the beach before many people were even out and then do something else during the hottest part of the day and go back in the early evening before dark. We loved the way they left all the trees when building parking lots,
shopping, etc. A very beautiful and relaxing place.
Your place was very nice and cozy. We didn't actually stay inside very much. I'm sure that we will visit again.

| Annette is super! The condo is perfect for a family. The kids loved the bunk beds and the fact they could watch Playhouse Disney early in the morning! I loved having a fridge, microwave, etc. and moving around without everyone stepping on each other. It was so wonderful. We had perfect weather every day - not a drop of rain. |
