What a warm and comfortable home. Everything we needed for our comfort and entertainment was provided, cards, books, movies, sports equipment. The lake is beautiful, and both mornings we were there we watched a bald eagle fishing for his breakfast. All in all it was a beautiful, comfortable place to stay.

The guys played golf one day & enjoyed the use of the cart & set some course records---most divots, most lost balls, etc! The spa was a welcome amenity after that day! The cottage was immaculate and it seems you have thought of everything to make your guests comfortable and we really appreciated that. "Camaloch Cottage has truly been a home away from home...today we leave the quiet stillness of the lake, the ducks, fish, pedalboat, the life-like reflections on the glassy water viewed through large windows while warming by the cozy stove, the well stocked kitchen, the beautiful decor and many other amenities of the cottage, the jacuzzi, eating area & grill on the spacious deck.
"The rhodedondrons have been indescribably picturesque! We've explored Camano Island State Park and enjoyed the views of the mountains and the sound. The quaint town of Stanwood is near with its Norwegian heritage, especially The Scandia Bakery & Cafe and the "Uff Dah" shop. Our favorite saying.
"I can go on & on...It's so beautiful I could just sit here and look at it all day! I think I will!! Thank you!"

| It was a girls, there were 5 of us and there was plenty of room. We loved the cottage, it was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. We golfed 18 holes at the golf course. Had Smore's at the firepit and sat in the hot tub, even brought kayaks and used the paddle boat the ducks followed us all around the lake, it was sooo cute. Thanks to Gloria we had a great get away. |
