My wife, children, in-laws and I rented this wonderful contemporary in April 2009. The owners made the process o renting from them so easy, and the house is magnificent. Its very close to the beach, nicely decorated, filled with sun light and the yard is fenced so our dog was able to wander outside unattended. The beach is incredable and the house had everything that we could have wanted. This is a large "real" house, and its great for families or a group of friends. We will be back this summer and in the fall!
