We had a great time! Snorkeling was wonderful - my
boys loved it. We saw a turtle and barracuda plus
lots of fish! Everyone said the snorkeling right out
front was the best in the area!
The condo worked out perfect. Wonderful location and
the town is so calm and relaxing. I had my coffee on
the patio every morning so I could see the water.

I LOVED THE PLACE!! Seriously, Josh and I had the most fabulous, beautiful,
romantic, relaxing, carefree time on our honeymoon. Roberto and Kimba the
gato were great, as was Maria (the housekeeper). Loved the condo, the open
shower, the fans, the juicer and coffeemaker and blender, the hammock, the
Scrabble, the barely-peopled beach. Loved Akumal the most. We took trips
to Tulum, Xel-Ha and Aktun Chen, as well as an evening at a fabulous Mayan
restaurant (Yaxche) in Playa del Carmen. Everything went so smoothly and
I've fallen in love with that slice of earth and humanity. So we will
DEFINITELY be going back next year.

This was a perfect homebase for parents
with two small children, from which we could
launch snorkeling and swimming
adventures and gather together for meals
and stories of the day's activities. Right on
the beach with a swimming pool, too...really
great. Much wildlife nearby, too--iguanas,
crabs, bats, exotic fish and more. We are
eager to return! |

| Lovely, clean well maintained beach and property; good (novice & advanced)snorkelling, sun, sea, breezes; barracuda, rays, turtles, many fish varieties, intersting sea floor and reef environment. Bright, airy, clean, well maintained, well equiped 2nd floor condo. Pleasant view through tall palm tree branches from balcony. Nice clean well maintained swimming pool. Excellent, quiet restaurant on main floor of same building open Mon-Sat 5 pm to 10 pm. Quiet community. Akumal, 2 kms (20 minutes walking, 35-40 Pesos one way by taxi)provides 2 well stocked small "supermarkets, cybercafe with high speed DSL internet & telephones, 2 english newspapers, 5 good value restaurants, small travel agency, lots of taxis. Two well stocked "corner stores" within very short walk of unit. Excellent choice for quiet holiday featuring swimming, walking and enjoying sun and view. |

| Lovely location for sun, water, snorkelling, clean uncongested sandy beach. See rays, turtles, barracuda, large variety of other fish. Clean, pleasantly decorated, airy, bright, well administered and serviced, one bedroom condo. Full kitchen facilities. No TV. Nice, well maintained swimming pool. View of ocean through large palm trees. High quality restaurant on site open 5 pm to 10 pm. Very quiet, laid-back local community. Two kms to Akumal (20 minutes walking, or 35-40 pesos one-way taxi) with full grocery services, high speed DSL internet service, 2 daily english newspapers and 5 very good restaurants. Two convenient "corner stores" very close to condo building. Close to Yal-ku lagoon for additional snorkelling experiences. Wednesday & Saturday inexpensive, high quality, fruit & vegetable market. |

| It was a perfect place for a honeymoon. We enjoyed romantic dinners on the beach at the on-site restaurant. The apartment was spacious for two with great air conditioning. Finding the room upon arrive was a little difficult. |

| The condo was extremely comfortable with a lovely view of the bay through the palm trees. Snorkeling right outside the door---relaxing, private atmosphere---good restaurants nearby: We hope to return. |

We really enjoyed our vacation here. The
condo is right on a nice beach. Look for the
huge parrot fish! The unit is light, airy, and
clean. The town is cute. |
