Fantastic summer retreat H from UK UK Review Submitted: August 19, 2009 Date of Stay: August 2009 This was a great place to stay. It is very quiet but within easy walking distance to the centre of Boulder at Pearl Street. The apartment is very clean and well presented- it is extremely well equipped. A nice touch was the fresh mlik ready for our arrival. The garden is very secluded and a delightful place to sit and rest- we took most of our meals there. We were a bit worried about it being the basement but in fact its lovely and cool which is of great value in the hot Colorado summer. Would definately recommend it without hesitation. There is a nice outdoor pool 4 blocks away and the walking around Boulder is fantastic.

Great Location graygirl Cincinnati, Ohio Review Submitted: August 19, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2009 My husband and I and our teen age daughter stayed in this apartment in late July 2009. The apartment is on the lower level but there are lots of windows and light. The owner lives above and was very attentive and helpful. The side yard has a nice garden and table to read the paper and have morning coffee. There is access to laundry facilities, which is helpful for a longer trip. The location is just about perfect. It is about 2 blocks away from Pearl Street and lots of great restaurants, the closest being Sunflower, which serves gourmet organic food. The street is very quiet and you can leave the windows open at night and not be disturbed by noise. In a 10 minute walk you can be at the Boulder Creek Trait with bikers, runners, and walkers. The kitchen had everything we needed and was stocked with some basics for travelors getting in too late to find an open grocery store. This unit worked out well as a setting off point for our day hikes in the Rockies and foothills and excursions to Denver and Colorado Springs. It would not work well for a travelor with difficulty using stairs. My daughter was pleased with the WiFi and I felt comfortable letting her walk the neighborhood even after dark.I enjoyed walking around the adjacent residential streets and admiring the creative Colorado gardens. This was quite a pleasant place to stay.

Great place to stay in Boulder CO LuckyLinda Palo Alto CA Review Submitted: July 11, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2009 This apartment worked out perfectly for 3 of us. Very convenient to Pearl Street Mall. Well constructed, clean, quiet, and bright, even if the apt is in the basement. Lots of windows & flowers to look out at.
Would definitely return and would definitely recommend.

| This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom apartment was extremely clean. The beds were quite comfortable and the kitchen was large and well equipped. The view of the Flatirons was incredible. Being able to walk downtown to see the street theatre and to go out to eat was an added plus. These accomodations are far above average and sit in the middle of a gorgeous neighborhood. |

Many thanks to Marshall and Shelley for a glorious weekend spent in their beautiful guest suite! The location was ideal! Two blocks off Pearl, Boulder's pedestrian Mall lined with unique shops and restaurants ranging from off-beat to elegant. The home itself is situated on a beautiful tree-lined street in Boulder's historic district - amazingly quiet and serene considering the proximity to the activity. The apartment was spotless and very well appointed. Spacious living and dining areas and a well-equipped kitchen with full-size stove and refrigerator. The private side yard is lovely and a wonderfully pleasant bonus. A perfect blend of cozy and homey with classic and sophisticated. |
