A perfect vacation spot! Last summer, while visiting our family in Mexico, we stumbled upon Ajijic and fell in love with this wonderfully romantic village. We promised our selves to return. This past July, we stayed at this beautiful home. The vistas of Lake Chapala from the balconies are just magnificent; the garden is rich and lush with beautiful tropical plants and the pool is very inviting after along and busy day in “town”. The house is beautifully decorated with magnificent curved brick ceilings, cozy fireplaces, multiple bed and bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen…And the master suite is just gorgeous…and…wait until you look up from bed in the morning! The house is so well located. Not far from Ajijic, but also close to Chapala, as well as Guadalajara. Yes, we felt very much at home… if only for a short while! And yes, we promise ourselves to return. Again and again!

| What a lovely place! My wife and I and another couple stayed here at the beginning of July 2009. The yard and garden were manicured and lush with beautiful flowering plants and fruit trees. The pool is very nice as well. The mornings and evenings we spent on the terrace were fantastic, the nice view of the lake, feeling the cool breezes and watching and listening to the beautiful native birds and the sounds of the village. The property is located in a very quiet and beautiful area of western Ajijic. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen has all you need, microwave, range, refrigerator, coffeemaker. The water purification system was very convenient. Everything we needed was right there. We have made multiple visits to this wonderful little village and this is probably the nicest accomodations so far. We love this area, the relaxed pace of life, the friendly people and the historic feel. We would highly recommend this property for a wonderful relaxing time. |
