| We needed a relaxing vacation and Casa Del Sol was the answer. The living room with fireplace kept us warm and toasty while we watched DVDs on a very foggy day. The hot tub was one of our favorite spots and the presence of cows in the adjacent field was a pleasant surprise as it reminded me of summers on my grandfather’s farm. We enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood with only the sound of quail (wildlife) to the sound of the surf. The many beaches were just minutes away and we spent hours watching the big waves. The other amenities of the home were great, making our stay just like being at home. Thank you Ardelle for opening your beautiful home to us as it was greatly appreciated. |

Casa Del Sol was absolutely wonderful! My friend and I braved the storm to arrive to a beautiful,clean, and spacious home with all the amenities you could think of. The views from the home are great and we could watch the waves crashing on the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fully furnished kitchen, the fireplace while we watched the rain coming down outside,the beautiful views of nature and wildlife, the peacefulness of this area(very quiet), and one very nice feature was having a garage to keep the car in. That sure came in handy when we arrived during the storm and had to unload.
The owners understand the importance of allowing well behaved dogs to travel with their family and welcome them into this wonderful home.
Thank you Ardelle for your great hospitality and warmth. We will be back and I recommend your home to all!

| Our family has rented quite a few homes in Bodega Bay over the years and this one so far is our favorite. We especially loved the very short walk to the spacious beach, the large front deck, watching the cows graze and the hearing the birds chirp as we soaked in the spa, and the large living area for our family to gather and enjoy one another's company. We definitely intend to return. Very reasonable price, too, and I very much appreciated Ardelle's hospitality and helpfulness in setting up the details (totally hassle-free). Thank you for sharing your home with us! |

We loved our stay at Casa Del Sol..
The house, which is set on a large lot, has great views of the ocean
(especially from the loft!)
and acres of cow pastures behind the back yard. It was very peaceful!
Also in back, was the jacuzzi which
we also enjoyed. It's only a short walk
to Portuguese Beach which our dogs loved!
The house is spacious and very accommodating to our every needs.
We especially loved the kitchen, the loft and the front deck which we
sat out on every afternoon to gaze
out at the ocean views!
It was fantastic to find a house that
was truly dog friendly!
We will definitely come back! Ardelle
was a pleasure to work with in booking
our stay!

| Our family LOVED Casa Del Sol! It is in a perfect location with a beautiful view. It was a great place for our extended family to gather...plenty of private space, along with a fabulous kitchen for foodies and cooks! We loved the hot tub and the wildlife...birds and deer, seals and sandcrabs! The owners are terrific to work with...from the first inquiry to a follow up after our stay, including fresh flowers and sweet treats when we arrived. We loved every aspect of our stay. We have already booked for next year! |

We had a terrific visit to your
spacious, comfortable house. It is set
in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood on a
very large lot set back from the road.
Being a two minute walk to the beach was
the best of all worlds. The house had
every amenity imaginable including a
large, well-equipped kitchen. The beds
were very comfy with nice linens and
well-appointed bathrooms. We certainly
recommend Casa Del Sol and look forward
to a return visit. |

We had a most excellent time from the
very start driving up to the house, and
dealing with Ardelle was always very
pleasant. Every aspect of the house and
it's setting on the coast is wonderful:
great views, conveniently located, a
clean, well-organized house with great

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the Beach House. It felt like home for us all weekend. The owners have made it a perfect get-a-way with a home away from home feeling to it. We especially enjoyed being able to bring our family pet, who is really just another member of our family so it's always nice when he can join us.
I highly recommend Casa Del Sol and will definitely return to enjoy the ambiance, the comfort and the overall delight of the home and all of it's various amenities.

| Casa Del Sol was a wonderful place for a group of 5 girlfriends 5 night stay close to wine country. It is 1/2 block to Portugese Beach which was great for beach walking and is just a couple of miles to Bodega Bay and Chancelor Ranch for horseback riding on the beach. Healdsburg is not far to catch a canoe/kayak ride down the Russian River and the Armstrong Forest has lots of hiking trails through the redwoods. While it was very hot in the Russian River and Sonoma Valley area of wine country during our day trips, the weather here was perfect - a little foggy and cool in the morning and sunny the rest of the day. There are lots of State Park trails along the Bodega dunes and beaches within a couple of miles of the house. Casa has 2 decks to follow the sun for lounging and dining. The house was very spacious and perfect for our stay. We all really appreciated the supplies in the huge kitchen which included spices and other ingredients for cooking as well as nice appliances, pots & pans, and dishes & glassware. The hot tub overlooks the ocean sunsets and the pastures next door where the cows and playful deer hang out. The fireplace and DVD player were great for the cooler evenings. The computer with internet was another convenient extra that we appreciated. Ardell was very accommodating and helpful in answering all our questions prior to our stay. We would all love to return and we all recommend this home for a wonderful vacation! |

| We loved Casa Del Sol! The owners have thought of everything. We were an extended family ages 2 through 70 plus a dog and there was something for everyone. The ocean, the trails, the views, well appointed kitchen, and space for everyone. We worked on puzzles, soaked in the hot tub, hiked, found shells on the beach and laughed. It was a perfect home and we'll be back again and again. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Coleen and family. |

was everything we were looking for -- a great
location, a beautiful home with space for everyone,

| This is a beautiful home with gorgeous ocean views. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. Our two dogs loved the large yard and we really enjoyed the hot tub which has a stunning view of the surrounding landscape. We would definitely rent this property again. |

We had a wonderful family retreat at "Casa Del Sol." We arrived on a cold, clear evening after watching a gorgeous sunset at one of the near by beaches, and were welcomed by a fire in the fire place and a beautiful warm house. The house is maintained beautifully. Everything is new: the beddings, the towels, the dishes, and the pots and pans. Great place to just "hang out" and located perfectly for long hikes on the coastal trails. We plan to come back!
