| We have always dreamed of staying in an old farm house in France and we found it! Steven and Veronica have done an incredible job transforming this georgeous old farm house on a fabulous 21/2 acre piece of farmland. The loft area of the old house has been converted into a one bedroom suite which is where we stayed. It was so quiet and private. We had our own area of the yard to relax in for reading and dining. The constant company of the 2 pet portuguese chickens made it all the more special. Fresh eggs from their summer home in the mint bush was the crowning glory. To top it off we just fell in love with Steven and Veronica and unlike other VRBO homes we had a special engagement with them as our hosts that will bring us back every time we come to France. We came as tourists and left with dear friends and a place in France we will now call home. Enjoy, enjoy. This a special opportunity. |

Many people have stated very eloquently the joy they experienced staying in the loft. They have not exaggerated!
Prior to spending 6 days in Paris, my husband and I were there for four days in early June. We had previously been in Normandy and at Mont St Michel for four days. During the two weeks we traveled in France, Le Plessis was FAR and AWAY our favorite place. The country side was gorgeous and the loft attractive, comfortable and cozy. It was great to relax at the farmhouse after a long day of chateau and winery hopping. The very best thing about our stay there was the hospitality displayed by our hostess, Veronica (sadly, we did not get to meet Steven). She was very kind and generous in sharing great information with us about Paris. It is quite obvious that she is a true Francophile.
I would encourage anyone who is thinking about traveling to France to visit the Loire Valley and furthermore, to experience Le Plessis, a truely enchanting kingdom. |

| The loft at Le Plessis is an absolutely idyllic spot! I spent a couple of weekends here and found it both roomy and comfortable. The grounds and views are hearbreakingly beautiful, and so peaceful. It is a great place to simply unwind, to take long walks, or to use as a base for exploring all the Loire Valley has to offer. You will never encounter more friendy, helpful, or hospitable hosts than Steven and Veronica. I highly recommend staying at any of their properties. |

| Our family of 4 had the opportunity to stay at Le Plessis for 3 nights in August 2008 and were absolutely enchanted with the loft, its location, decor, superb amenities - particularly the huge soaking bathtub, but mostly our gracious hosts Veronica and Steven, who have made our stay a memorable experience. These warm and generous people create an ambiance of everything a holiday should be. We are eternally grateful and have promised to come back and stay longer in the future. Thank you so much for your hospitality. |

We spent a week in April 2008 at Le Plessis and found it to be quite convenient for exploring the Loire River Valley. Visits to the market at Amboise was one of the special treats of this location. The market is large and varied with plenty of parking.
The condo is up a short flight of stairs to a private entrance. It is well-appointed with access to cable TV and many books about the local area. Veronica and Steve are delightful hosts who readily share additional information about the area.
The immediate countryside provides several attractive routes for walking, jogging or biking. A boulangerie and a good restaurant are nearby when one tires of cooking.

We had the privilege of staying at the farmhouse in April, 2007. It was a wonderful experience. The farm is located a few miles from the town of Amboise and near to many of the famous chateaux in the Loire valley which we visited during our stay. Steven and Veronica made us feel very welcomed. The accommodations were all we envisioned a 200+ year old farmhouse would be. The guest apartment was spacious and quaint, and all the extra amenities had been provided including tourist pamphlets and info about the area, a stack of videos and movies if we wanted to spend a quiet hour in the loft, and fresh farm eggs compliments of Joon and Julie! We had many good conversations with Steven and Veronica and they gave us an opportunity to visit their other gorgeous property which overlooks the chateau in Amboise. We will have no hesitation in revisiting this warm and friendly couple and their wonderful farmhouse on our next visit to France. Denis and Ethel British Columbia |

| Our time in the loft was wonderful. Steve and Veronica are the most welcoming hosts and were very helpful on where to visit and where to eat. The loft was spotless and very roomy with a wonderful bathroom. One night we cooked dinner using many of the vegetables and herbs picked from the garden. In the mornings we gathered plums and strawberries. The farm was a delightful place to stay and we felt more like we locals and a part of the Loire culture rather than a tourists. As we are animal lovers we also enjoyed the lovely Talulah, who would greet us and make us feel very special. After The Loire Valley we traveled into Paris where Steve and Veronica helped us by giving us many tips on where to visit and where to eat. We loved our time in The Loire Valley and staying at the farmhouse, we would be delighted to recommend it. |

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week in Steven and Veronica's loft apartment. The apartment is beautiful and very well appointed, and Steve and Veronica were wonderful hosts. After one week we feel like we made very good friends! We had a great "decompressing" vacation touring the area. I would recommend wholeheartedly. |

| Steve and Veronica were the most generous hosts we have ever met! We would recommend this beautiful loft to anyone! It was spotless and had every possible amenity. We had a wonderfully relaxing 5-day stay over Easter (just what we needed after the hustle and bustle of Paris). Our boys enjoyed the farm and long walks in the country! Don't even consider staying anywhere else when you are in the Loire Valley! (If this loft isn't big enough for your needs, they have 2 other beautiful properties in Amboise!) |

| My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here on our honeymoon. We never tired of the view and the wonderful sites to see in the Loire Valley. The farm was a wonderful place to stay for a few days after the hustle and bustle of Paris. Steve was a wonderful host as he told us about many places to see and eat in the area. We would recomend this place to anyone! |

This was such a wonderful place to stay. We arrived jetlagged and exhausted from our flight from Canada and Steven and Veronica were such wonderful hosts, including giving us dinner on our first night :) Our 2 year old loved the farm animals (esp the sheep) and especially enjoyed picking strawberries and grapes from your garden. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality - it was the highlight of our trip to France! |

Our family (17 and 20 year old daughters, my husband and I) loved the farmhouse, the area and the hosts. Great location from which to do day trips to the chateaux, interesting little towns, great meals and wine. Stephen and Veronica were the pefect hosts, providing lots of information and good cheer.
We will pass this little gem onto many friends. |

| Such a joy meeting all of you. We enjoyed the countryside, the beautiful sunflowers, and the peacful location. The place that Veronica and Stephen created bears the mark of their own positive energies. We would love to return, perhaps next year? I know we will meet again. Thank you, thank you for the special memories. |

| An absolutely fabulous place. If you want to get away and be alone in the French countryside, this is great (but also have quick access to Amboise, and the chateaux). Very updated space, plenty of private room outside to "hang out" and be with the animals, etc. Steven was an excellent host, suggesting and then making dinner reservations for us when we arrived late on a Sunday. You won't be disappointed here. We hope to be back someday. |

| We had a lovely time in the apartment in Amboise. It is clear that it has been lovingly restored and that care comes through in all the comforts and conveniences the apartment offers. The apartment location is superb, and the view is extraordinary, it truly made our vacation very special. Kids and adults alike enjoyed the apartment, the view, the city, and the area, and especially Mme. Bigot's pastry shop. We will definitely be back. In addition, Steven and Veronica were wonderful to deal with, making it a pleasure to rent from them and enjoy the hospitality they put forth. |

| We have just returned from a week at both of Steven and Veronica's Amboise locations. We were completely satisfied and thrilled with their help, process and interaction at every step of our transaction. They are hands on individuals who are very helpful and knowledgable about the entire region. The apartments have a homey, cheerful and decorative feel which is obviously the result of a great deal of work and thought. You will definitely enjoy either or both of these charming properties. |

If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet, bucolic holiday surrounded by charm and in well appointed quarters, here is where you will find it care of the gracious and warm hospitality of Veronica and Steven. We just spent several days in the loft at Neuille le Lierre and found it difficult to leave. Every possible need was tended to in every way. Steven and Veronica were enormously generous in availing their assistance but also in sharing of themselves. Both are extraordinary hosts and people.
Our stay in the Loire was made especially wonderful by having found this jewel of a spot. Without reservations, This vacation rental receives the gold medal.
Thank you again, Veronica and Steven.

We thoroughly enjoyed our April stay in the extra roomy loft at this farm house. (It's bigger than our condo!) We were thrilled to be able to run our hands over the ancient beams and walls (if they could only talk) but also appreciated the modern plumbing. The big soaking tub was delightful after our bike rides through the beautiful surrounding countryside, as was the comfortable bed! We were lucky enough to have georgeous weather enabling us to share a delicious meal outside with our host and hostess one evening. Flo and Maizy's eggs were the best I have ever had but then it was my very first experience collecting fresh eggs from a hen house! We especially appreciated Veronica and Steven's sincere hospitality and local touring tips which added so much to our time in the Loire. The chateaux Chennanceau and Chambord were amazing. We came home feeling like we had been on a delightful vacation instead of a hassle-filled trip. We will definately return to stay at the farmhouse, visit Veronica and Steven again (they feel like old frieds already) and explore more of this beautiful area and all it has to offer. Thank you!
