| The villa was a pleasure to stay in. The pool was wonderful, adjacent to the covered lanai where we could relax in the shade on the comfy chairs listening to the bird song. We even saw humming birds, an unexpected bonus. It was an easy drive to any part of the Strip, and much more relaxing than staying in one of the casino hotels. The gated community was private and felt safe. The owners were very helpful, accessible and approachable at all times. We would love to stay again and recommend the villa to anyone. The "Oasis Retreat" home far exceeded our
expectations during our visit to Las Vegas. We
really enjoyed the pool, spa & covered patio
situated in a secluded lush landscaped setting. This
upscale house is well appointed with fine decor &
offers all the amenities needed for a romantic
getaway. We hope to return often on future trips. |

A terrific week of relaxing by the pool and spa at Phil and Cindy's fantastic Las Vegas home. The house was immaculate upon our arrival and we could not have made a better choice regarding our week's accomodations. The extreme privacy of the back yard and the quiet nights away from the casinos was exactly what we were looking for in our vacation out West after a long winter in the Northeast. Highly recommended to anyone that wants to be close enough to shopping and downtown, but also enjoys the peace and quiet of a beautiful southwest style home. Thanks for your hospitality Phil and Cindy.

| I suprised my wife with a trip to Las Vegas and decided to rent a house to "get away" for the noise on the strip. This house was the best ! The pool, Hot tub and comfort of the home was the best ! Phil & Cindy have a great home and looking forward to staying here again ! |

| We had a wonderful time in Las Vegas. It really was nice to have a house "away from the strip". Your home was very comfortable and a true oasis from all the rush of the strip. The famioly lived in the kitchen and family room and we enjoyed breakfast on the patio. |

| My husband and I stay at the Oasis Retreat house whenever we need a true relaxing vacation. The house and pool are wonderful and the backyard is very private. The house is always ready at the time specified and we would highly recommend this house to anyone needing some R&R. |

We have rented homes in different cities for approx 6 yrs.In our experience,Vegas Oasis was the nicest and best value for the dollar.Not only that,the pre arrangment contract,and instructions took any guess work away for us.All our questions were answered promptly and there was a sense of "we want to help" from Phil and Cindy.We stayed two weeks had no problems or complaints that says it all.A very nice property and would recommend it to anyone it is better than it shows on the website it truly is an Oasis in the desert.Viva Las Vegas we will be back for sure.

| We enjoyed your house so much. It truly was our oasis in Las Vegas. The crowds, smoke and noise of the strip are overwhelming at times. We wound up chauffeuring our now daughter in law more than expected. No complaints, happy to spend time with her, but she was staying at the Mirage, so we made many more trips to the strip than expected. Was always great to get back to the relaxed calm of Windansea. It was so nice to have a large fully equipped home with the back yard waiting for us. We felt safe and very comfortable there. |

| This is the first time we've stayed in Vegas and not walked the strip. Part of the reason is we were too relaxed at the "oasis". An easy walk to get our iced latte in the morning, very convenient. We look forward to our next visit! |

Thank you for the use of your fabulous home. We were very impressed with everything and instantly felt at home once we found our feet.. Overall we had a wonderful 10 days in Las Vegas and the Oasis retreat was a massive part of this.
We found the area very private and safe within the gated community and a welcome change from the hive of the strip. Ideal for us who love Las Vegas but did not want to be on the main strip.
Thanks again for the opportunity and we hope to be back in the future.

We had a fantastic time in Las Vegas! Your house was truly a relaxing, beautiful retreat which added to our complete vacation enjoyment.
We loved sitting in the hot tub each morning, and being able to cook our own meals in your beautiful kitchen. There wasn't anything that we needed. The beds were comfortable, the backyard was beautiful, the artwork was incredible, and the amenities were numerous. We will never stay on the strip again!
Your housekeeper was extremely accommodating and polite. She showed us around the house, and told us to call if we needed anything.
Thanks again for making our trip so enjoyable!!

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation at your home in Las Vegas. The amenities were more than we dreamed and we were all very comfortable. Lori was kind and helpful and everything was clean and
orderly. Your home is in a great location. We did some exploring in the west side of Vegas and found
some good restaurants. The "boys" went to play Texas hold'em one evening while MaryAnn and I stayed at your home and worked a jigsaw puzzle and listened to some beautiful music from your great
selection of CD's. We would like to return sometime soon and I will also tell our friends about your

| This house was absolutely the best place to stay -- the pool and backyard are great, and such a peaceful change from the hustle and bustle of the Strip. You're only 10 minutes driving time from the Strip, so it's easily accessible. You're also only 15 minutes drive from Red Rock Canyon which is spectacular. I'd recommend this place as being far superior to any hotel. |

Just to let you know that we had a wonderful time in Las Vegas, and your
beautiful home worked out superbly for us. I would highly recommend it to potential Las Vegas visitors, and far preferred it to staying in a hotel room as we could "escape to reality" whenever the hustle and bustle of the Strip became too much.
As far as the weekend's events go, of course "everything that happens in
Vegas stays in Vegas" but I won at the tables, marvelled at the visual
imagery of "O", ate far too many fine meals, flew into the Grand Canyon, and
rafted the Colorado. Now how many other places could you do that in the
space of four days? |

Our stay was incredible. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We'll definitely be back (without the kids) soon. We're art enthusiasts; staying at your home was quite a treat, almost like visiting a museum only better. Everything about the house was perfect. We spent time in the pool everyday.
The house is ideally located in a very quiet community. We hardly knew you had neighbors ... a true oasis as the Web site describes. We loved having access to a computer.
Again, we sincerely appreciate you opening up your beautiful home to us. It was a welcomed, serene retreat from the strip yet so close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Hi Phil and Cindy
Your home and hospitality made such a huge difference
in our vacation to Las Vegas. I can not say thank you
enough for allowing us to experience your oasis. We
both hope to be back to visit your home on our next
vacation to Vegas. The pictures were great but
nothing could compare to the actual experience of
staying there. We swam everyday and enjoyed every
inch of the house for both relaxation and business
(the computer was great). The kitchen and the grill
was perfect for making me feel at home because I love
to cook and having a fully stocked kitchen was a joy.
We hope that we left the home in almost perfect
condition because we really tried to care for it as if
it were our own.
Again I can not thank you enough.
